I am Randi Clair.  My phone number was stolen.  One day while working my phone started ringing from area codes I did not recognize............after about 20 calls right in a row, I finally answered and got yelled at by someone saying I called them.  I was working and did not call anyone.  From what I understand when I answered it makes a connection and they are able to steal my number using my name.  For the next 48 hours my phone rang NON STOP........I could not even make an outgoing call.  I finally had to get my number changed and am actively seeking the culprit of this nightmare.  My name is all over the internet and I did nothing wrong.

Grow up.

This phone number was mine.  I did not call anyone.  One day my phone started ringing off the hook with out of state numbers.  About the fourth or fifth call, I answered and someone told me that I had called them, which I did not.  I proceeded to have my phone ring off the hook and my voice mail get overloaded.  This lasted about a day and a half until I couldn't take it and got my phone number changed.  (They) Whoever this is stole my number and used my name.  I tried to investigate it but it got to the point where I wasn't able to make a outgoing call.  Very sorry everyone but it was not ME!!!!

Received a call from 352=561=9999 # Answered it and no response, they had hung up, when answered.

I have soliciter block on my home phone. I was outside taking down the christmas lights and heard the phone ringing. I didn't get to it in time, got a dial tone when I picked it up.

Someone has to listen to my no solicit message then press 1 to get through. So obviously a real human being listened and then pressed 1 to ring through.

Same annoying person - no working number - but it works well enough to send the call to me!

Please if you get more calls (from other phone numbers) use google for other forums under that number and spread this message to it too

when you call it a recording will ask for what extension you want then I waited and it connected me to a person, That person said just 'hello"( like it was a residence). I asked this person if they were affiliated with this credit card service he replied reluctantly "yes"
Then quickly said I have the wrong phone number. I honestly think that this is the right number. Call it and say your name is

They keep calling regarding lowering my interest rates.  Really how do they know I need to do this. I mean really!!!!   I let it go to voice mail.  So funny the caller ID has the number and then some weird name/number listing.  Leave me alone!!!

These people are thieves - they don't care if you're on the DNC list and they don't care if you demand to be taken off their list.  The normal rules for ethical business don't apply here because these people are thieves!  Do not answer, do not play with them (although it's highly tempting).  I find that I get these calls for a few weeks and then they stop for several months before starting again.  I have never answered ONE call from these thieves but the answering machine picks up so they can assume it's a working number.  It might be time to ditch the land line although I'm not sure I'm ready for that....

I'm with you Lori!!! I'm gonna press 1 and BLAST their eardrums out, or better yet talk to them and confuse the heck out of them by talking a different language, or at least pretending to! You know what, I'm going to turn it into a fun game, saying absurd things, and maybe they'll give up calling. I say that we all baffle them and give them a taste of their own medicine!

Now they're on my landline instead of the cell...a fast-talking message on my machine about the same old thing, credit card rates.  It said press 3 if you don't want these calls, so I pressed 3 but it was the answering machine, not the call itself.

Just got a call from them too. Didn't answer because the called ID came up as some weird series of letters and numbers. So I came here to check it out, I had a feeling they were not something legit. I am also on the Do Not Call list, and do not have any credit cards.

We get calls several times a week.  We have NO credit card debt and No loans!!!  The call comes from 352-561-9999 says push 3 to stop calls,. I am not that dumb to believe that!!
Getting many   calls a week since we switched to comcast.

another "unknown caller" that I will not answer; no call list is not working at all lately

This company,,, Card Holder Services calls our number at least three times a day.  I have told them I do not want their services, asked to be taken off their list, they always hang up on me and call again at another time.

Cardholder services. They call about twice a month. I hang up but don't know how to get them to stop. I don't think call block will be effective.

Calls to my number frequently will not stop

Scam. The message says that they are calling to lower the interest rate on your current credit card and gives you the option of pressing "1" to connect to a representative. In the past when I have talked to a representtive, I asked what credit card they were refering to and they did not know. They said they work with many different card companies. Personaly I think that it is a Phising scam.

I am sick of getting calls from this company.  I have asked many many times to be removed from the call list.  And they always say they will.  I want removed from the list NOW.

We have a block that makes it so you have to press 1 if your not a solisitor. they are pressing 1 and going around our system. not even telephone servayors are supose to do that.

I have time warner and blocked this number but I know they call from several numbers. It just seems like we could find some computer geek to corrupt their automated program every time they call us or at least find the name of the person who owns this company so we can all call them all day.

The recording said "press 1 to speak to a person".  Rachel started asking about my credit card balance.  I started to ask her to remove my phone number from their list and she hung up on me.  The same thing happened on my cell phone yesterday.

Same as above...really, if there's nothing wrong with my current card, then why is it so urgent that I call you...

here's the solution --- we find their address and go kick their door in and beat the crap out ot them!!! Take an axe to their computers and maybe their dialing fingers.
The Feds, state, and local law enforcement isn't interested in helping us common folks. So lets just deal with it ourselves...Do Not Call list is just a panacea for the masses to get us to think congress really cares about us.
Put a few of these scum bags in the hospital and the word will get around.

I recieved this exact same automated message from both 2064960414 and 3525619999:

"Problems currently with your account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly, so please consider this your final notice. Press the number 3 to discontinue further notices or press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Thank you. Have a great day."

I don't have credit cards or any other loan with an interest rate, and I'm verified on the DNC list.  So this is clearly a fraudulent call.  Plus the fact they're trying to do it from multiple numbers to avoid tracking and blocking.  At best this is a company that doesn't follow the DNC rules.  A higher likelyhood is that it's some kind of scam.  Watch out.

This is another number of a telemarketer promising on their robo-calls to lower my interest rate. I am on the Do Not Call List.

I am so sick of getting calls from these people at least 3xs a week if not 7 days  a week!
I have no credit cards, I've never had credit cards I will NEVER have credit cards

I've pushed 3 to be removed from thier list a million times

I've asked them to stop calling I'm either told they don't have the "power" to do that You have to push 3" - AFTER i just told them I pushed it a million other times when they call OR I am told " Go get a credit card, Run it up and let us Lower the rate THEN we'll stop calling you"

I've been nice, I've been nasty, I've been down right MEAN THEY DO NOT STOP

I've turned them into the National Do Not Call Registry I have turned them into the FTC

SOME one better get these low lives to STOP calling it is Harassment after you tell them 1 time NOT to call any more - but the cops won't do anything about it They just tell you to block the number I've blocked EVERY DANG NUMBER they just keep calling with different Numbers
