I received the same call with caller Id same as yours Victory First Enterprise. I dont know how they get to call a number on the national do not call list. what a joke they've turned that set up into. i love it that we have the ability now to talk to each other and see who these pia really are.

I received a suspect call from them. They introduced themselves as a welcoming committee of some sort for the City of Odessa FL. My caller ID indicated that the call came from Victory First Enterprises.

I am getting phone calls to my home from this number and I call them back they never pick up and they pick up they hang up.  This is fraud!!!
