We received the same calls. I have filed a complaint with FTC and FCC. Anyone receiving these calls should do the same. Also file a complaint with the Florida BBB. Look them up online and fill out the online forms.

NCP / Nature Coast Publishers' Service

I've been receiving calls from this number for at least a week, but when I call back, it sends me straight to a tone. This time, I answered and was told that because of my relationship with "the publishers," I was eligble for a $1000 online shopping gift certificate and 60 issue subscriptions to 5 national magazines (two of which, I alreay subscribe to, so they clearly weren't in league with the actual publishers). They told me that 3 were free, and 2 would be at a discounted fee of $3.83 a week, to be billed monthly. But their behavior and questions seemed very off. They were clearly in possession of my full name, my phone number, and my address.

The first person, Danielle, failed to adequately answer my questions, claiming she was new. She said she couldn't give me a company name better than NCP, although she started to say Nature Coast, and then corrected herself. She asked what I do for a living and my age, in order to help the publishers better target consumers. I was very skeptical, but she said there were no automatic payments and that some information would come in the mail. Then she told me her supervisor would call back to confirm some information. She said that the order had already been put through and that my order number was.... 1221.

When the gentleman, Nathan, called back momentarily, he repeated the profession and age I gave the first person and asked what the name of my company was and what year I had been born. When I told him that I wanted more information from them before I was willing to give him the information, he said "This is just for the records. I could care less. For all I care, you can make something up." When I continued to question him, he screamed "Ya' know what? We don't need your business," and hung up on me. This is clearly and evidently not normal.

I have had the same phone number call me today.  I am trying to figure out how they got my number.  I very rarely give out my cell phone number.  I believe tha I have tracked this though.  I went online to get a copy of my credit report and ever since then, I have received several phone calls like this from different companies.   Has anyone else had this problem?

I just got a call from NCP and I sounded to good to be true so I started asking questions. Alura was new and said she didn't know much about billing. She gave me an order number which was also 1221. She also asked for my year of birth and my occupation. When I talked to the supervisor he was really pushy and I started asking him questions... When I asked what NCP was it was like I insulted him. When the questions got to deep he hung up on me. When I tried to call back the phone line was busy

TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN

Has anybody found a way to make them stop calling.  I have been getting the calls for about 3 weeks now (all times of the day) I have answered and hung up, I have answered and told them not to call me anymore, I have ignored the calls... I am also listed on the do not call list, but it doesn't seem to help.  I get calls from 352-684-1280 352-684-1264  352-688-3694 352-688-3689  352-684-1201 352-688-3498

I just googled the number and it is listed as: Dr. Keith Rudell 4143 Castle Ave. Spring Hill Florida.
I will be keeping track of the times and dates these calls come in and I will be filing with an agency.  These calls are annoying and I am listed on the DO NOT CALL list

I've gotten 100+ phone calls from this number, and the following four:352-688-3696,352-688-3475, 352-688-3662, and 352-688-3662.

Can anyone give me good information about these numbers?  I plan on filing a complaint both with the cops and the FCC.  This crap has gone on long enough, and I am fed up.  This number wakes me up in the middle of the night.  And it's on my cell phone!  They all are!

I keep getting calls from this number and others that I don't recognize on my cell phone. It rings for a brief moment then nothing, It's making me mad. It either shows the phone number or unavailable.

My Cell carrier says that people should report the number to fraud department of their carrier. They are able to block certain numbers from the system after investigations. ( Nextel does anyway )

Great.  I just got this phone number and a phone call from it moments ago.  I did a reverse lookup and got the same info others have posted, Dr so and so in Florida.  I guess I should be looking forward to more of these calls.  I just changed my cell phone number about 6 months ago because of a similar problem.  I was getting 20+ solicitation calls a day.  Everything has been fine, until now.  Looks like I may need to change my phone number again.

The number that showed up on my caller ID, on my cell phone was 352.684.1280

I tried calling the number back, and got the dialing digits noise as well.

Something most people don't know about: Phones can auto-dial. It just goes down a list of numbers looking for a live phone, and hangs up before voice mail kicks in. You can block numbers in your phone, or your phone company, if you have caller id, and know what the number is. If it is really bothersome, get the phone company involved.

Most phone companies have a call blocking service. Mine is one of the functions built into the phone. Just put the number(s) into the blocked list and you shouldn't be bothered any more.

well the reason you gettin a tone when you call back is because your callin an automatic dialer that is just outbound cant get calls in as for calling a doctor i dont know about that now as for the service they provide there is not shoping spree and you will never get magazines theres always gonna be some cheerfull girl trying to pitch you they dont like to hire men we always get fired two weeks later if you a male and working there you most likly gonna be a manager or as the sales person will call them is the supervisor thats the person they send you to when you agreed to the service 1 of the 3 ppl you will talk to is NATHAN COOK, MARK HAMMLON and JEN there was also another named FRANKLYN MCCANN he got fired though the owner of the company is MARC JOHNSON none of them have a tele-marketing licence you should get them all arrested the company needs to get shutdown im currently investigating more offices if you do purchase any of the magazines plz cancel right away another company in collections will call you trying to force you to pay around 1000bucks and cancelin will be a pain in the neck

I keep getting phone calls from 352-684-1280 every date,but they hand up and I get a busy answer also.Still don't know who called my cell # and still keep getting calls everyday!

Its Some Sort Of Scam. I Keep Getting Hangup Calls & When Called Back, No Answer Or Busy. All From North Central Florida #s. Also I Used To Live In A Town Called Interlachen, Fl And That Towns #s Are All 684-**** But With A (386) Area Code Instead Of (352) And So I Called Back W/ The Other Area Code And It Just Rang And Rang.

I think this is a scam to get people's credit card numbers. I don't have any, so your "employees" always say I don't qualify for the $1000.00 on-line shopping gift certificate and end the call. And yet they continue to call anyway. Don't your "employees" work off a master call list to eliminate duplication? I have received several calls from different ph#'s. The #'s are individual people's home #'s who live in the Spring Hill/Nature Coast area. How odd! I have tried to call these #'s and I have been getting busy signals all day. Even more strange? Now we move from on to suspicion, I just called 3 of the #'s and the phones just rang and rang. Hmmm, no answering machine or voice mail, in 3 out of 3 #'s, I dont' think so. Also, why is your business # disconnected? A legitimate business always has a contact person and a working #, e-mail address, etc. So, now I will make a call to my state's Attorney General to report my concerns about your company.

Whatever this NCP thing is the "employees" must be calling from their homes or stealing masking the caller ID with other people's phone numbers, which might explain why I get a busy signal every time I try to call.
