this is a very agressive collection agency used by Verizon called  the CBE group (who may be owned by Verizon) who regularly engage in violation of the fair debt collections act by filing a comment on your credit report even though arragement for payment has been made or the customer has identifed that that debit is incorrect, or the customer is a victim of identity theft.

I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on line.  The trick is to get it removed from your credit report, since they provide no contact information.

I been getting a call from 352-688-3396 about 5+ times a day now!!

THey are very rude people.. and they are trying to sell me a $1,000.00 sweepstakes.. and in addition to that they want to charge $49.00 a month to my card... I told the guy NO THANK YOU! and he hung up on me.. unfortunately he has my card number now.

pretty sure it's a scam - located in florida, googled it, got lots of responses saying it was fraud/scam. when i pick up, i don't say anything, they don't say anything and they hang up after about 1 or 2 seconds. never rings more than 2 or 3 times. VERY ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING

I just received 3 calls from phone numbers 352-688-3396(twice) and from 352-688-3417(once). When I called it back I got a busy.  I only called it back because I couldn't get my parents on their cell phone or house phone and they live in Florida. So I was nervous that something might have happened to them. Then I realized if it was a legimate phone call they would have left a message.
So many ignoring phone calls.

this number keeps calling me

Called me and said I'd won a $1000 shopping spree....asked my age and occupation and then said enjoy your prize and hung up. Fairly sure its a scam. I wouldn't give out any important info if they ask although they did not for me.

They've called here a few times now. If we let it "just ring" they hang up after about 3 rings. If one of us answers, they say nothing. VERY annoying!

They call at 730 on weekends

This is a scam.  They call and get you to pay $3 for magazines and then they charge your bank account over $40.  I doubt there will acutally be any magazines.  Don't buy anything from them.  It is a scam.
