I called back to get the loan.  when they gave me the western union instructions i told them i was not wiring money to the phillipines and the man that called himself mark chapman called me a bloody bi*** and hung up the phone.

This number called me yesterday at least 10 times.....after politely asking to stop calling me, I finally lost it....screamed into the phone as loud as I could.....then the stupid Beotch asked me to stop yelling and then I told her I will stop once you F****ing quit calling me.....I hung up....reported it to my cell phone carrier and had it blocked...I am now reporting it to the FCC....I did not even listen to what they were saying...I was too busy screaming at them!  And to top it off, they sounded Asian!!!

these people call me every day and I have a business number to boot..they will call from a number i can't call back from and do hang-ups then this number calls and asks me if i need a payday loan

Ive been reading about this for a while and i applied for a  loan of 1800 $
as expected they asked me to pay 299$ for the first month payment...
and i did that... and exactly in 35 minutes i can see the 1800 dollars into my account.


Im not claiming there are not any scam companies.... but dys 1 my friend... is the right one... helped me in need

keep getting calls from this number 352-702-9891  have not answered and will not answer
i know these are scams because they can call from any number they want too thru a VOIP sytem which can change the number to blocked , all zeros and even other numbers that they can get their hands on
just don't answer the phone they will finally get the message when you don't call back

Very well said! It's so sad people have to put up with the bully tactics that these scum use! Most people panic when they hear that the police, sheriff, or DEA is coming to get them. Then in their fear, they pay "them" money that they probably don't even owe!

There are times when I feel that the best way to expose these frauds is to bring it down to a more understandable level. Get 'em riled up and they're more likely to let their true selves show.
There is alot of information available on this site. Those like ourselves like to make sure that people are aware of it. Sometimes quoting the FDCPA just doesn't register with some people. Our rights as consumers can be easily researched and I encourage it endlessly. But the fact of the matter is that some people are intimidated by legal jargon. They may not always be very palatable, but being in debt isn't either. Life goes on. The key is to be able to enjoy it.
Bankruptcy is always a possibility but should be considered a last resort. You don't want that and I can guarantee that debt collectors want it for you less than you do. When the well is capped, the water no longer flows.
Bluster, bluffs, threats and messages of impending doom are the ammunition used by debt collectors. Whether they're legit. or not. Take none of it. Legal advice is easy to find. Everyone, rich or poor, can find it. They simply have to search for it. That is the one tip that debt collectors the world over do NOT want you to know.
Fear is the debt collectors greatest ally. The smart consumer knows that. Just as he knows that the fear is completely unnecessary. A debt collector experiences fear far more than he instills.. Outright frauds are not debt collectors. They are criminals. Whether they be foreign or domestic they are criminals. Domestic debt collectors have hidden in the shadows and have gotten away with illegal activities for decades. They're being exposed and once they have crossed the line they are now being recognized for what they are. Criminals. No different than their foreign clones. Frauds, plain and simple.
