I have got a check from this guy and said to deposit it into my account. i dont even have an account. it didnt even come from him. it came from a foster care thing from georga and called the bank it came from and was not vaild.  he did ask for my account number.  but i didnt even tell him it was ok to send the check. but now i dont kno what to do with the check. and he sent me emails from three different ones.

i also have been contacted by this man and his son is named jones and he sent me a picture as well even though you can see the child wearing a blue dress

I am working closely with the FBI to catch this thief. I am having conversation with him on gmail sending him in circles. I will get to the bottom of this. He called sounding irate.

I don't think he can do much with your home phone except sell it to telemarketers/scammers. If  you gave him your address, he might send you a fake check with instructions - do not do whatever he wants you to do.

This is a scam and he's after your money. If he wants your account info to wire your pay into, he'll empty your account instead. If he wants to send you a cashier's check, you keep some of the money and wire the balance back to him, the check is fake but the money you wire him is your own real money. Or it could be some other sort of transaction. Scammers change their methods as their scams evolve.

Yeah he hired me too right away. Saying payments would start ASAP. But never answered any of the questions I sent him. Very creepy.

Did he give you guys his phone number and send a picture and everything like that too? Cause he hired me right away and told me the payments were going to start as soon as possible.

i agree this is a huge scam. he hired me right away with out even meeting me. who would trust someone to watch their child with out meeting you????

did he also ask you to pay his neighbor with the money that he sends you?

This I think is a scam on craigslist the guy says hes from ireland
