I dont answer because I dont recognize number.  They hang up on answer machine, and have called more than once.

Asked if I spoke spanish, I said no and they hung up

spanish caller knew my last name, i answered in english, asked if anyone spoke spanish, i said i did after they hung up

spanish speaker, knew my first name. hung up when i said i don't speak spanish.
