I have received these calls also. Did get to talk to someone. He became very rude when i pushed him on how he got my info. I am on the do not call list. Blocked the number on my phone, so now they call from a private number. So blocking them does not work !! I have contacted my states consumer fraud division. Put in a complaint with the no call registry, and contacted my bank to put blocks on all of my accounts !!

I commented last night on here about all the calls from this number and no one being on the other end.  Well late last night and again this morning same number rang my phone I answered my phone and someone was on there asking me about a pay day loan or cash advance loan sounded like a male but there english was horrible.  I asked where this person was from and no answer then a couple seconds later same question about these loans then I starting yelling into the phone telling them to stop calling and the person on the other end of the phone yelled F**K U and some thing else rude but like I said before could barely understand them.   This has got to STOP!!!

I have gotten almost 15 calls in a little over 24 hours from 358-854-3621. A few from 458-519-8112. When I try to answer, the phone just hangs up. When I try to call back, I get an error message. I have no way of telling them to stop harassing me. I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call List, as I am on it.

I went to fcc.gov.  Then I clicked on the blue box near the top right that says "take action".  From the pull down menu I selected "complain".  Then I selected "telemarketing, prerecorded messages, and do not call" and then clicked "next".  I selected the fourth option, "abandoned calls", at the next part because no one ever speaks when I answer, but you might need to check one of the other options.  Click "next" and then it brings you to a screen where you can select to fill out the online complaint form.  Click on "complete the form" and then fill it out.  I hope that helps.  Good luck and hopefully they stop calling us!

called several times, first saying i applyed for a loan, then asked if i could hear them.. finally ended the call saying he loved me bunch of bull...

i have recieved mulitpule calls from this number 385-854-3621. they have called me 12 times today and everytime i anwser theres noone there an then the call just ends. its starting to really bother me because they just keep calling every hour on the hour.

I keep getting call after call from this number  I answer there is no one there, I call back and its a busy signal, I downloaded an application to block numbers  it isnt blocking it  at & t is HAPPY to charge me  almost $5 a month for another service that I can block this number. I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had 10 calls from 358-854-3621 most were hang ups one the guy was saying I could get a loan.

How does one block unsolicited "silent on the other end" phone calls?

I have received over 30 calls from the number 358-854-3621  between Aug 19th and aug 21st.  No one is ever there and when I call back there is a message saying that the numer can't be reached from my cell number.  A couple years ago I remember a scam going on where inmates where somehow  using cell numbers and charging collect calls to them from inside a prison or jail.  

Plus it is annoying!

I have received 5 calls today from 8am-2pm.  I answered two of them and no one was on the line.  After visiting this site, I just filed a complaint with the FCC (fcc.gov).

I have received 4 calls since 12:31 pm from 358-854-3621 it says Pennsylvania. I don't know the number so I didn't answer it. I went on whitepages reverse lookup and it ask me if I have a valid area code. I googled the number and found 800notes and found all the post about this number, so I added mine. Hopefully I won't get anymore calls.

Five calls today and I would like it to stop. I refuse to answer these calls.

Had the 3rd call today even after asking to be taken off the list and threatening FCC report.  Going to that now.

we received 3 calls within the past 2 hours from this number. No one is ever there...just dead air or a "click" as if they hang up.

I'm glad I'm not alone!! I've been getting calls from 358-854-3621 and 458-519-8112, sometimes within just a few minutes of each other. Thank God for Caller ID! If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it.

I have received at least 20 calls today from this number....it is very annoying that you cannot reply back to them. The number is not available. How about our freedom of expression!!!!

They had my social, my address, my account number, my bank info everything. now i have to close my account. what a bunch of crap. i hate this. what is with these people. how can we get rid of them.
