They call claiming I have to be collecting an outstanding payday loan.  I have no outstanding payday loans.  They refuse to provide me with any documentation or supporting evidence.  They claim they can't give that information to me until everything has been processed.  They are rude and use foul language and yell at me to pay or they will have me arrested.  Before they say they will have me arrested, they scarily ask if I have ever been arrested. It is a landline but I know nothing more than that.

PLEASE IF ANYONE READS THIS MAKE A REPORT TO THE FBI GO THROUGH THERE WEBSITE AND REPORT IT. THIS MAN AND HIS FRIENDS CANT BE TRUSTED. MAYBE ENOUGH REPORTS WILL STOP THIS MAN AND HIS FRIENDS. HE IS A FRAUD AND SCAM ARTIST IF YOU REALLY THINK ABOUT IT WHAT ELSE DOES HE KNOW ABOUT YOU, YOUR FAMILY, OR YOUR FRIENDS. HELP PUT A STOP TO HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

I am Det. Doug Kazenksy with the Longview (WA) Police Dept.  The phone number 360-200-1072 is a Longview prefix; however, the phone call is actually originating out of India.  I am currently collecting information for a criminal investigation.  If you receive a call and/or threats from this phone number, please file a report with your local law enforcement agency and have them contact me at 360-442-5825.  The case number is #L09-5823.

I have been receiving calls from a man with a heavy Indian accent I decided to return the call. This man Neal Anderson claim he was from Dept. of Crime Prevention 206 456 0812 and 206 456 0814 when I asked what was this about since he had my name ,SS# and phone which he tried to confirm my social and I decline if that was mine or not he said I defaulted on a payday loan when I pressed what company it was for he screamed "payday loan company" he read off some legal veribage which who knows what it said because I couldn't understand a word he said and asked me to pay $450. He tried to confirm my personal information I told I dont know what your talking about and my said I must have had friends or relatives that took the loan out I keep denying everything he became more angry so finally I told him your a SCAM! and hung up the phone. Please be aware of the new numbers they have changed to hide themselves.

So no one will go jail if they do not pay these people

They have called me three times today from that nummber.  SO I am beginging to believe it is not real

Received a call from Mike Taylor. Said I would be arrested at 3pm Eastern time if I did not settle a pay day loan debt I received in 2008. I told him as we spoke I was communicating with my bank and they did not show any receipts of funds for the amount he specified. I also told him that I could do nothing over the phone and he insisted that it was the only way to stop legal action. I played with him trying to get a mailing address from him with no success. It is troulbing that he had my SSN, bank name, and account number.

I received a call from this number. The guy said his name was Mike Taylor, but he sounded like a foreigner. He was threatening and said that my name would be turned into the police at 3pm Eastern and I should contact my attorney or have someone ready to post bail. He asked if I wanted to settle the matter with him, and when I told him there was no matter to settle, because I never took out a payday loan, he got very ugly. I got a similar call a few months back, but I don't remember if it was from the same number. It is eerie that he called out all of my personal info.

Same thing with my daughters today. Called my one daughter and told her that if her sister didnt pay back a loan that she would go to federal prision. So I stepped in and checked it all out .This jerk is a BIG FAT LYING SCAM ARTIST. I called him back and told him so so he threatend me and my family. So I reported it to the police dept and the bank he used no such person

I recieved a call from Berry Jackson, very up setting, in regrads to me having out a pays day loan. ( do not have one), They had all of my information.

Left me a threatening VM on my cell. Says his anme was Steve Williams and he couldnt harly speak English. Even said hold on and then read my SS # to me then said my number was being downloaded and I would need to contact an Attorney today. When I called back all I got was a recording and to leave a msg. I believe he said he was from  Dept. of Crime prevention. Couldnt clearly understand him. I did not leave them a msg. it is disturbing that they would have my cell and my ss # and this is a new cell number almost no one has it but family. I reported it to my local police dept.

Steve Williams called, sounded like he was calling from overseas, left a message stating he was calling from the Financial Crimes Security Department, then call was disconnected.

I just recieved the same message, called back and the David Jackson answered and was handed off to a "Mr. Miller" VERY threatening asking the same thing and threatening to have me arrested if i did not pay a outstanding loan through cash net. they have name, address and checking account number. very upsetting and makes me pissed!!! same number claiming they are from Dept of crime and prevention in washington DC.

Stated his name as David Jackson.  He also refused to give and info on who or what I owed, justed stating PAY LOANs.   His final statement on my voice mails was "ONLY GOD CAN HELP YOU"  Very threatening.  This was reported the Police Department
