Poor "Al" could have passed on during the time it took you to respond to his post.

How do you know this information to be true & factual & how did you obtain it? Any tips would go a long way in helping us & others to find these things for ourselves & hopefully start putting a dent in ending all these scam calls. Too many scammers not enough resources to find them & file complaints to pull their phone lines etc. (Per say) Please help us.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Same recorded message on both websites.  Report them to you Attorney General to stop them.

Called my landline on 9/11/12 at 6:20pm.  I wasn't home and no message was left.

I read your post after I posted my message. These robocalls are now hitting us here in Washington State. I just spoke with the AG office here, however they directed me to contact the FTC since they have not received enough complaints for them to take action - yet. I hope more people will file a complaint with the AG, FTC and FCC. Thank you so much for the information you've provided, it was very helpful.

This is the third time I have gotten a call from this number.  There was no response when I answered the phone.

These calls are driving me crazy. My phone number is on the DNC registry, yet this number keeps calling my house and has been calling for months! I originally ignored them, but started answering so I could tell them to stop calling. Cannot get through to a live person. They called on 8/20 and my husband pressed "5" as prompted to have us removed from their list. No such luck since they called again on 9/6. Again, I pressed 5 then filed an online complaint with the FCC, but received another call from them today. My phone provider only allows 20 numbers in my call block service (which is full), so I cannot add this number to my call block. Don't know what else to do (would love to take them to small claims court), but I can't find any info on this business except they're calling from Aberdeen, WA.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

Yep, senior citizens sales call and we are on the no call list. So much for a no cal list. These companies don't give a damn.

Rules for handling these scam calls:  

1. Don't answer if you don't recognize the number (your parents taught you not to speak to strangers, right?). You won't hurt their feelings ? they have no feelings; they just want your money, credit cards, personal info.  In other words they want to ruin your life.
2. Don't call them back - don't assume they'll put you on their "do not call" list. They won't even if they say they will.
3. Don't complain about the number of times they call if you don't use your own (your service's) Block Caller list.
4. Be proactive and responsible by using your own protection. Assume nothing.
5. Get on your phone service's Blocked Caller list - if they don't have one, get one that does. If there's a fee, it's still worth using it for your peace of mind.
6. Don't think the government's Do Not Call list is going to handle it - they won't.
7. Google the number.  
8. Add the number to your personal Block Caller list.
9. Get on with your life ? you don't need to answer every phone call.

Makes those of us who actually live in Aberdeen, WA look bad...live here and got one of these calls, too! Nobody there when answered and mailbox is full...SCAM!

Keep getting calls, no message & the mailbox is full so I can't get on a do not call list w/ them and am registered on the do not call list...just want to be left alone.

I just got a call from this #,, and as it wasn't familiar, I started off with "I'm recording this call so I don't miss anything". That usually does it and I haven't gotten anymore call from them or (the worst) refinance companies rwidow and siding reps.

I just got a call from the same number 360 - 209 - 5314 Its from Aberdeen Washington?

I get repeated calls from this number - shown on my caller ID.  The calls are, apparently, from Aberdeen, WA.  Sometimes it says land line, and sometimes it says it is a cell phone when I look it up.

Just received a call from them, 6:25pm on a Monday afternoon.  I answered the line, said hello, and no response.  I said hello 2 more times, and they hung up.

PRESS 5 to not be contacted again.   HOPEFULLY!!

yep scamming on seniors. my mom heard this message on her answering machine and said we should get this. i said no mom its a scam and if you get anyone calling again you give me the phone so i can talk to them. seniors dont know any better. they just want to be safe in there homes. these scam artist need to be hung.. Im so discusted with these people. they better hope they dont get me on the phone. they will be sorry.
