First call hung up after just one ring. Next call came seconds later and I answered because I was expecting a call from the same area code. It was a recording and I didn't let it get through the first sentence before hanging up. What I heard was that it was a call about my "phone service." The only phone service I have is Verizon and they don't employ these techniques. Clearly a telemarketer or scam artist, but most likely the latter.
You need "Scam" in your drop down menu for Call Type.

Answered this, no-one on the other end, called back some opt-out service. Sounds like a scam to get me to enter in my phone number. I hung up.
