Get calls every day from this scammer.  If anyone finds out where they are calling from, please post.  If they can be found,  then someone can have a nice, little, constructive chat with them - and with any electronic devices that may be tied to them.

Called three times today.  I ignored the first two, and picked up the third time, waited for someone to say hello, but nothing happened and the line hung up after 10 seconds.

I get alot of unsolicited calls.....and to a point I really feel sorry for the younger generation, they are the ones that can't find a job except doing this.  Why doesn't FTC block these calls because they are being routed from out of the country, which is the point of origin, which makes it legal....we really need help.

Calls several times a week.  

I have a system when manning the phones:  
Numbers that identify themselves as a "loan" or "cash" sort of source I refuse to answer.
Numbers that are not local and only list themselves as the city name and state from which they are calling I refuse to answer.
Numbers showing their actual telephone number as a "V" with a long string of numbers following I refuse to answer.
I definitely do not answer the number that identifies itself as a hotel.  (Researched that one and it was a massage parlour in Cali.)
If I answer the phone because I am unsure, I only answer with "Hello?" and refuse to give out the business name.  


Here is what does not work:
Automated no-call list by the offending caller.  Pressing whatever number they prompt you with is bunk.  
Calling back to get a rep to be taken off the list.

Sometimes, if you are resourceful and have the time, you can track them down by their phone numbers and listed name via the internet and then proceed to file complaints against them directly or through BBB.  I've done both with positive results.

I should have read more carefully the other responses.  I see that you all have done this and it doesn't work.

Call the number and remove your number from their list.  It's automated.

Simply call the # back.  It's an automated system.  You get instruction on how to remove your phone number from the telemarketer list.

This number calls us constantly disrupting our client service for our real customers.  It is always silent.  when trying to call it back only dead silence, won't even ring.  FED UP!

I get the same thing, Front page of google bull and this number, combine them with the canidian pill pushers and  I'm ready to trace them down myself!

So I to get this phone call everyday at work sometimes 2 or more times in a row. This is what I've learned so far. Location of call: Silverdale, WA or Port Orchard, WA - County: Kitsap - zip code: 98383. Now the carrier part I got three differing one's
1. Nextel Communications, Inc. - Landline
2. Pac-West Telecomm Inc. - Wireless
3. Sprint Spectrum L.P. - wireless

Calls 2 or 3 times a day, I have hit 2 to be removed from the calling list DOES NOT WORK. Pain...

robo Kate calling AGAIN to say we can get a small business loan and that she represents WBL funding.  Caller ID says Smallbizloan.  Opting out is a joke.  I reported them to the FCC.  Included, was a list of about 25 calls from this number from my caller ID list of 200.  It's not slowing them down a bit, and it sure is tying up our business lines and employees with this nonsense.

My only problem,  we have AT&T and they don't  support simultaneous ringing.  Grrrr

Two or three weeks ago, I filed my complaint about this number to the FCC.  (I even got a reply back from them!!  The FCC that is.) There were so many calls from these scammers that  they would not fit on their form!   So, today I get these robo douches back and now, to make their calls legal, they say "WBL Funding" in their robo message.  Geesh, we too run a small business.  The world stops here when the phone rings, and if I am dealing with this nonsense my REAL customers cannot get thru!!!  Complaining doesn't stop them.  Do Not Call does not apply to business calls.  Pressing 2 to get off their list does nothing.  So, I press 1 for an agent and WASTE THEIR TIME.

Called on 03/05/2014 @ 02:51 PM from Silverdale, WA. As usual, no message was left. Sounds like everyone says it's small biz loans. Not the first loan scammers to call and won't be the last.
This scammer uses a CallerID4U telecom landline. CallerID4U hosts all the scam callers from Washington State. The make a fortune hosting the scammers and then protecting them. Parasites with a symbiotic with each other feeding off hard working people. They also host Rachel from Card Services. So they go after individual and businesses.

I get anywhere from 4 - 6 calls from these people on a regular basis and it is very irritating.

Called on 03/03/2014 02:59 PM from Silverdale, WA. We ignore all Washington callers and others we don't know.

These annoying idiots called our office today at 1404 hours.  Seeing it said "smallbizloans" on the caller ID I just picked up the receiver and said nothing.  After a long moment, the system disconnected.  (A lot of the robo-message systems seem to rely on you saying something first to activate it.  Say nothing and most of them disconnect.  It won't stop the robo-dialer from calling you again and again but at least you don't have to listen to the inane message and I derive a sliver of satisfaction tying up their phone line for a short period of time.)

Repeated calls from this number on my THREE separate phone lines.  

I pick up, but remain silent.  After a few seconds, the line goes dead.  Probably a robocall, trained not to start without a voice at the receiving end.

More scams, if you try to opt out it just alerts them that your number is live, you will get more calls.

Robo call saying we may be approved for a loan and they can get it to us as a quick as 2 days. Press 1 to get your loan. I hung up at that point.

I work at a hospital and they call us a few times a week. I either don't answer or if  I do by accident, we have caller ID, I say let me transfer you and send them to the fax machine. :)
