I received a call from them as well from a a lady named Ms. Ventura from the same 855 nmber with an ext. 444.  I told her that I was going to have my lawyer to contact her and if she can send me paperwork on the manner.  She said she will email it to me, which she knew my email adrs.  She tried to confirm my address but it was not correct to what she was saying so she asked me for the correct address.  I told her no need and sending the paperwork via email was fine.  She then slammed the phone down.  Very rude.

They just called me as well - she threatened to send a sheriff to my house or place of employment if I didn't pay them X amount of money in repayment for a payday loan I never took out. I happily informed her of California State Laws regarding payday loans and told her to not contact me again. idiots.

They called 18 times in 2 min and do not leave a message so now they are on reject list. They just called 28 times pretty sure this is harassment...

They call once a day every day. Somesuch credit solutions, press one to be contacted to a representitive...PRESS ONE NOW!!!....(noooo!!!)...otherwise press 2. Then they hang up. Its just a con to verify that your number is an active number. Press a number and thats when you Really get hurassing calls. I have a contact saved that is labled scammers, so there number gets linnked to it if they have called before.

It appears that this number is associated with craigslist personal ads. Are they asking to meet you? I would report this to the police. These scam collectors have been known to be involved in the gay porn industry and when thats slow they make collection calls.

This is a Scam I told them that I was reporting them to the States attorney, and they kept calling I think that this is sad that that they keep calling my phone while, The Company is Aptela, Inc there number is 1-855-837 9962 ext 442 and 360-350-5920  the guy is Rico Parker, he called my 7 times within an hour asked him to stop calling but keep calling

They called my phone at 8:18am est time, are u freakn serious and dumb desperate for money. If uou want to solve any credit situations, do  yourself a favor and get a job doing desk work for congress cause your wasting  time chasing nothing. Everyday the same thing scammers trying to make money to pay   bills. Why don't ya'll  do us an favor and the monies your scamming from others put in a college fund or help the poor. Stop calling before you end up doing federal time. This is why the feds post information about this type of stuff and people a lot of times they are from out of the country, because there are books and websites on how to scam people.

THEY ARE REGIONAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS AND THEY ARE A JOKE THEY HAVE BEEN CLAIMING TO COME ARREST ME AND TAKE ME TO COURT AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK.....BIG BIG SCAM IF THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY THEY SHOULD TAKE OUT INSURANCE ON THEMSELVES GO UP TO THE ROOF OF THEIR BUILDING AND JUMP THE *UCK OFF. AMERICA THE LAND OF CAPITLISM AND GREED LETS MAKE MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING THEY BELONG IN CONGRESS.

They call all the time my home and office looking for someone I never heard of.  Told them today enough, I am on the "Do Not Call List" and if they called again I would sue them

Called us again. asked for a Jo-Ann Wilson? Told him you have the wrong number, this is a business.

Just got this call. I screen all calls when I don't know the number, so I listened to it as it recorded. While my recorded message was playing, the caller (a woman) sighed heavily and said, "D--mit, are you kidding me?" I never hear telemarketer/scammer frustration, so this was amusing. After the beep, she composed herself and said she was calling Frank ----- (the person who had my number 10+ years ago!). She said she was from the RCS and her call was about a legal matter. It was "imperative" that Frank call her back by 8 PM. (It was after 6 PM already!) She gave all kinds of numbers and extensions where she could be reached and then hung up. Glad to know it was a scammer because I was thisclose to picking up and letting her know she had the wrong number.

They called today and said they were from an Attorney's office and that they sent me paperwork for court to collect on an ancient bill. Never received anything and told her cease all calls because I was reporting to the FCC.  She started screaming and I hung up.

Theyes call everyday saying i owe money to their client and when i ask for info they say they already sent it. today they called pretending to be a lawyer and i looked at the caller id and it is the same number so i say it is a scam

He said RCS Corp. and he called himself Mr. Bond..really. Big time scammer.

I had a man from this number call my work and he would not identify himself. I told him not to call me at work and he said "Why?"  Obvious scammer. I hung up on him. Does anyone know the name of this company?
