Called the number back and got recording about car insurance quote.  There was an option to have your number added to their "internal do not call list" so I did.  We'll see...

my Fax rang  fifteen minutes ago. Since we don't regularly use it, and it's  not hooked up to a  phone, I plugged one in and *69 ed it. Got  360-464-2426.  Reverse lookup 1. gave Olympia WA Land line and a map of the city with a flag.  2. gave  "Central Office, Olympia Washington, Level 3 Communications LLC.   Google, this company- is listed on Job Sites and SEE POST ON: 800notes for # 360-529-6100 - it has full info on Level 3 Comm. rom Oct 15 2011
This Is possibly  a Spoof Center itself, routing calls from anywhere. through itself.   They could be a phone exchange seller that sells numbers that link back to them on many markets.They   have no connection to the buyers doing the calling.  The callers are NOT  legitimate companies doing business. They are after Credit card Numbers, personal info, AND- Verified Active numbers.    They do this by having the " Press One to be removed option.  NEVER do this- Because, it not only verifies that there is someone using yur number out of the thousands their computer dials each shift, it tells them that a person at that number will do something  they are told to do,  by a totally unknown, and definitely unwelcome caller. Why do they want verified Active numbers? They sell them to other telemarketing scammers, and  add them as really good leads to their own other scams

Received call in 808 State, caller id says Security One, they did not leave a message. I put them on my permanent purgatory blocked called list, courtesy of CallCentric. Permanently blocked calls to my numbet get call fwd to Call Centric, and they incarcerate the unwelcomed caller to Hell.

My caller ID on the TV says this number is Security One a home alarm company. Perhaps the travel company gave up the ghost and a new telemarketer has their number.

This place calling themselves HBW Leeds keeps calling me saying things about interest rates in my area and when I answer the phone after deleting countless recordings of the same origin from my voice-mail I get the same cursed recording and not a live person. Just recently entered myself into the National Do Not Call Registry I hope that helps to prevent this sort of telemarketing scum from ever calling me again. I'm also sending a complaint since I can due to the fact that it was a machine recording and not a live person wish me luck.

I've been getting these calls too from a place called HBW Leeds as well, its stupid answering the phone just to get a recording and not an actual person. Their number is 360-464-2426 that's what I got when I *69ed out of frustration. But since I can't call long distance I can't even contact their voice mail my lord its infuriating. They call quite repetitively and I wish I could file a law suit against them for harassment via the same uncouth  recording.

Lady called saying that she worked for Allstate and had lower rates in my area, She asked for personal info such as my address and DOB... I use Allstate for my renters insurance so I knew it was phishy... I gave her friends info bawhahaha

I've been getting calls from this number at work about once a week for the last few months. Whenever I pick up, there's never anyone there.

This number keeps calling my work place, it shows up "security one" and then as soon as I answer they hang up and don't say anything! UGH!

Caller id says security one . Obvious telemarketer scam using caller id spoofing software . Added to my blocked number list ...

"I have been receiving these calls for the past 3 weeks over my caller I.D."  No body leaves a message.  I called the number 1-360 464 2624 at 3 AM to listen to their voicemail. The messages says; quote: "This HBW Leeds Insurance, who sells car insurance;unquote."

They call every day 3 - 4 times per day.  They never leave a message.  I've had about enough of them.  They call early in the morning (5am) and late into the evening (9pm).

I've given up on answering these numbers; there are too many scams about billing to your phone number if you just pick up a call from some of these companies. I heavily screen my calls these days, and if I don't recognize it, I don't bother to answer it. I pay for the durn phone, not these telemarketing mills. So let the Industry beware! I want to make their marketing dollars a complete waste, for their failure to regulate their own behavior and that of their fellow companies. I am done with the idea that consumers have to take overt, rampant intrusion into their homes because they need a communication link to the world; it's electronic tresspassing these companies are practicing. If we don't start standing up to this, eventually tech will develop enough to support wide-spread nigerian scams over the phone line. If they haven't already.

Same number just called my cell; also registered on do not call.  Didn't answer, no msg left; so far hasn't called back.  Will also post on the government site as well.  Eventualy they will listen.

I keep reporting to do not call and they just keep calling. 3 times a night for 2 weeks. The do not call complaint seems to do nothing!

"Bobby Lopez" called and wanted to tell me about some vacation package. I am a mental health counselor and use my cell for crisis calls.

A woman with an Indian accent called my mother's cell at night, she claimed to be calling from a Resort (tit was a cell phone & there was a lot of noise of people in the background, like she was in a large public place), claiming my mother had won a prize. I answered and got very angry, saying to take the number off her list. She kept saying it was not a "sales" call, and that I had won something. I got angrier and told her never to call again and then I hung up.

Oh. My. God.  They just called me NINE (9) times in a matter of 10 minutes. Seriously?  Scam or not, what a waste of that person's time and energy.

Thanks to Qris J, I had registered this E-Martel on the complaints.donotcall.gov to hopefully get this piece of trash telemarketing company to shut down.  The complaint might not work but better to call it out as I hate these pirate companies scamming decent folks.

They called a little after 8p last night but didn't leave a message. I looked up the number on online reverse number search, and it says the number is unpublished and from Olympia or Tukwila, WA area. I was concerned at first as my Dads best friend lives there and hoped it wasn't about them or my Dad, but after viewing the info here realize it was a telemarketer.

Was called from this number today. Rang only twice. Looked up the name, EMARTEL, and found this:    E-Martel is a Filipino-owned Business Process Outsourcing Company that specializes on high quality telemarketing and outbound operations. ...

Sounds like they may be violating the "do not call" rules, I suggest reporting them. I will if they ever actually talk to me.

Travel company that wanted my time to fill in a survey and will not let you hang up even when stated "my number is a private number and put me on the do not call list" I hung up on the gal.

They called today saying they were a travel company, and they wanted a survey and would give a travel gift. They asked my age and if I was married or single. I said 19 and single. And they said "Oh, well we are giving travel packages to people form the age of 25-75" and then they said "thanks for your time" and hung up.

ya i got a call about 7:34 pm. it was a washington area code which is where im from but no longer live there. It was an asain woman speaking very broken english and was kinda rude. i told her "i have one peice of advise for you, before you go calling americans in america please learn to speak english, goodbye" then hung up. She calls right back and says " i just want to let you know, YOU SUCK YOU SUCK EVEN MORE BAD THAN I DO, goodbye" and hung up. wow now that was a crazy phone call.

I got a call to my cell phone at 8:13 pm and told the woman I was not interested in her message and to remove my #.  She continued to talk and I told her the # is registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST to remove it and hung up as she continued to talk.  Don't know how she got the cell number and not interested in her Vacation offer.

I had the exact same experience today. I told the guy I was not interested and to take me off their list, but he kept talking. I repeated the same thing a few times, and asked where they got my number and he said "various sources". I eventually hung up.

They called and didn't leave a message. I tried calling back to see who it was but it said that the person at ext. 306 is unavailable.
