In my working with a host of others who's been targeted for mass attempts of fraud and harassment. As a shared assistance to and for others that's also being targeted. Here's the useful information of the caller ID exchanges to be shared that we've experienced / documented.

NOTE: In our collective research and reviews. It was discovered that those participating within our network of those who's been targeted to receive this barrage of fraud calls. Are participating contributors in sharing their / our experiences. For which in commonality / resounding similarity.

NONE of the calls from these nuisance numbers being provided. Were being received until TIME WARNER CABLE DIS-SERVICES were either dropped,.. reduced and or their solicitation attempts / requests were Rejected.

Verizon Wireless # that has been disconnected.

I have been getting a string of calls from various numbers in Washington. Reports indicate that they are all advertising a cruise trip. If anyone gets a call from the numbers below, they are probably the same people that called you from this #, using a different phone line. These calls tend to be masked by a fake Verizon message saying that the line is not in service, or a busy tone. Here is my list so far, but I'm sure there's more. Stay on the alert with your caller identifiers and NEVER answer these calls. They are tracking when you call, and collecting data about your number after the first call.

I am trying to post this on as many of these # pages as I can. As I said, they are probably all the same person looking for a cheap way of either advertising, or siphoning money from someone.

i just called sprint and had them block this nubmer, but this is about the 6th number that has called me..ive also filed an online complaint with the state attorney generals office where i live.  the do not call doesnt seem to work, as my phone is and HAS been registered since i got this number..also filed a complaint with them.

you may wnat to call your cell phone carrier and see if they can help..i did that as well as filed a complaint with my states attorney generals office..you can probably do that online.

received calls from 360-460-5984, 360-614-4895, 360-460-3786, 360-477-6873...all the same crap...that stupid bullhorn BS.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and have filled complaints against every number, even though it seems to be the samer "company" behind the calls.  I also just hopped on the Attorney General's website for my state and filed a complaint.  Its very annoying, and you cant call back the phone, appears to be an outbound call only.  I have also called my cell phone carrier and they've blocked the numbers as they come in, but how many numbers do they have? My cell phone carier also said they can file complaints and have their own "spam" complaint department.  something needs to be done..i'd love to get that bull horn and find out who is responsible for these annoying calls..and have plans for the bull horn..

Here is a fun trick. Try to get the call on the first ring. That way you should get the telemarketer. When they start speaking tell them you are on your cell phone and you have a bad connection and please call you right back. Most of the time they will. When you answer this time give them the same story and see how many time you can get them to call back before THEY give up and add you to their "annoyance call list"  Another trick I did one time. Once they started their pitch I simply said "Do you know who you called?" They stated my name again and I say "Doesn't that my name ring a bell" Of course they say "no". So then I tell them "You are speaking with the personal assistant to Govenor __________ of the State of __________. So do you really want to continue this conversation?" They hung up.

So far they call, and when I try to return the call, it says its no longer in service!

i have gotten these calls also i kept calling they are from a virizon wirless and they say the numbers are changed or dissconected their are three sofar diffrent i have gotten never called twice they are 360 4608637 on june 14  and 3604776873 on july 5 and 3604603786 on july 18 today the person or people doing this needs stoped i thought it was family also my bro up in washington is a cop and i live in ohio dont get how my number got out their but i guess we need justice good day to all god bless

called to see what was and got Verizon message number was not in service or changed. not cool when appears on a 2nd phone used for job application responses normally.

yep  for the past few weeks i have been getting calls once or twice a day from different 360 area code numbers. I dont answer, they dont leave a message. my guess is nothing important.

Keeps calling me at work. (11:30am 7/6/12).

I can't block the phone as I have an iPhone that is not jailbreak. I don't plan on jailbreaking it either since I want my warranty and apps to work correctly. However, I can pay about $5 a month to ATT to block up to 5 numbers but, that's just Apple and ATT making money off of a simple functionality that is found on most bargain basement phones. A law needs to be passed that all phone manufacturers must have a block functionality on all phones they produce.

Governement does not truly have the power to stop these calls (I think they just dont care TBH as the Do Not Call list does not work). So, give power to the people - Apple. Apple/ATT,stop making money off of us! Give us the functionalities we need! I am on call so I have to have my phone on. Getting woken up at 1:32am constantly is draining my health. You APPLE are literally killing me off of your deal you made with ATT!

Just got a call from this number...I answered...they hung up...I called back got a busy signal...what would be the reason for a business to just call and hang up...doesnt make any sense...friggin annoying!!

Received missed call on my cell phone, from 360-477-6873.  I called Number and received a fast busy signal, not like when phone is  busy, but a fast busy signa, like # was wrong. Do not want to receive any more of these kind of calls.

How do you block a number on a cell? I got this call too - didn't call them back, though.

Constant phone calls from this number.  After the phone calls, the random text messages would start.  Check your phone bill because after that, I got charged $14.95 month thru AT&T for a mobile "fact of the day" service.  The rep I talked to said this happens all the time from these shady numbers and there is no way to protect against it for now, but to keep an eye on it and call your carrier if you see any suspicious charges.
