Another moron telemarketer who thinks he can play the 'friend game' to scam people.  Sure would be nice to meet one of these folks on the street someday...

They are persistent.  No where near a scam, I've bought a fair bit of product from them and its good stuff.  Even had some free samples sent.  Bought a set of Molybdenum drill bits.  Best i've ever used.  I even put their sales pitch to the test and drilled into a trailer ball a full speed then spring steel full speed.  Still use that bit now.

Unfortunately they use telemarketer style sales, if they call I just say no sorry not buying anything, I have your catalog and will call you if I need something.  And I maybe get a call once a month.

When this guy called my with his sales pitch, after I got a final not interested into the conversation he swore at me, so I hung up.

If you are a business there is no national do not call list.  You speak as if you know what you are talking about but the truth is probably that you are one of the many @$$#0leS who complains about that company after you didn't pay your bill....wonder this countries economy is sliding.

Rec'd a call at work from 360-491-9515. The guy on the other line asked for the owner by name as if they were buddies. "Is __there?" .. and I replied with, "May I ask who is calling?", to which they simply said, "Mike". Then I followed with, "And you're calling from where?", to which he quickly said, "Ace Tools". I told him he wasn't available and I asked if I could take a message and he said, 'No, I'll call back later to talk with him". Didn't realize it was a telemarketer call by how non chalant he was on the phone.

received a call from this number asking for "Mr. Mattson" (owner) said he was Harvey and he would call back when he could speak with the owner.  Good luck "Harvey"! Not gonna happen!

This isn't the first time these guys have called. They are persistent and rude, I prefer to purchase from local stores, shipping in from the states does not help our local economy.

Man asked if he could speak to someone in the service department.  I could tell from the caller ID it was going to be a telemarketer (said blocked number).  I just said "no" and sat there.  After a few seconds he said "ok, thank you" and hung up.  Nicest bothersome call I have ever gotten.

By the way, here's a note of advice- stop making your potential customers angry with these b***s*** cold calls and work on getting a decent website together!

The one good part is that their info comes up on caller ID so we can screen them in the future.

woman asked for owner by name. told her not avail. then asked for who is in charge of purchasing supplies. speaking...calling from ace industrial we're having a huge sale on our air line hoses... told er we're all set and hung up. glad i did!

this number for Ace Industries just called our business he was told we were not interested in what he was selling, he was cut off when asking "just answer this then"  I was on the other phone and when my husband hung up the person on the other end said you rotten m*** f *** you don't even know me.
needless to say I called the number back and asked for the manager who sounded very similar to the man that just called, his name was Jimmy but when I started to talk using the same language that came out of the phone just minutes ago he said wait wait I can't hear you you're breaking up.  I was on a land line

These people are a scam. They lie, and they won't quit calling. Tried everything from being rude, telling them to screw off, not interested, I have no money, just hanging up, reporting them. We are a repair shop! I can't believe there is no protection from these type of people, and nobody can shut them down. National Do Not Call Registry is a joke, and state's attorney's have more pressing issues to deal with.

multiple calls from these scammers, they just won't give up, after Jimmy got tired of me hanging up on him he starterd to have some girl call, she has a pretty voice but I still tell her to stop calling me and then hang up on her

Got another call from this number.  Comes up as ACE Industrial.  Big surprise!  These folks are verrry persistent.  They have been reported to MN State Atty Genl/Commerce Div as well as the FTC.

I just got a call from this company. I did not know it was Ace Industrial until I read this post, but now it makes sense.

Man on the phone asked for the owner. I said he was in a meeting. He then asked if he could have his name to call him back. I asked for the man's information and stated it would be easiest if the owner call him back. He kept stumbling around avoiding giving me his information. Finally he said he would like to remodel a home, and is new to the area. I knew by the number on the phone he was not local. He said he was on a satelite phone, and did not know the number to give to me. I asked who he was and what company he was from, he said his name was Jimmy and he wasn't from a company it was just himself. But he stated before he wanted a bid, so I thought he was lieing. I asked him where the house he would like to be remodelled was and he stumbled on his words, told me he didn't even know where he was right now, he was new to the area, and if he could get the name and number for the owner he could call back with the info. I finally said he could call back to this number when he has his things in order. Hung up.

I knew this was a scam so I googled the number and came up with this thread.

here we go again, does"nt do any good placing your # on National Do Not Call Registery, these are annoying phone calls, told person on other end we are not interested but kept right on talking, best just to hang up maybe being rude they will quit calling
