I own a cheap 20$ prepaid phone. So who ever is calling has some balls. I would be careful and everyone else needs to as well.

Same as above but I have gotten the calls for several different names. (Cole Hall, Brian Constant, etc) I KNOW that my phone # did not belong to just deadbeats over the years. It's been mine for over 5 years now. Several times I have actually called the calling number and reached a real person and requested they remove my number from the call list. The calls usually continue, after a brief pause, but for a different name. Someone is doing 'research' of a less than legitimate nature with these calls.
Did a reverse look-up: The number shows as a VoIP from Vancouver, WA. My guess is that they may be searching areas to see which homes have no one there during the daytime.

Keeps calling leaving messages for a person not at my address. States if I am not that person, to hang up. They keep calling 2-3 times a week. This person has no relation to me, does not live at my address. This is harassment.

I get the recording, they have my name (in a bad computer voice), saying they need to contact me. They do not identify who they are, but ask me to press 1 to be connected, or press 3 to opt out.
DO NOT PRESS ANY KEY. Hang up and report to the Do Not Call Registry.

Called me early in the morning and woke me up. They didn't leave a message. Irritated, I called back and it was dead air. I called again and a weird voicemail played... something about a court hearing? I have no idea what it is about and why they're calling. My husband tried calling the number himself and he got the dead air, too.
