These people never leave a message. We answer the phone when they call and then immediately hang up.

Called and there was nothing there upon answer. I called the number back, and got a beep, but if you listen carefully, you can hear the noise, of a very long microwave link, or satellite link, before and after the beep.
I would surmise that this is an off shore outfit...
Someone needs to tidy up who can access the US public telephone networks.

No answer when pick up. Called number back and would not even go through. I get this about once a day..... I am on the national do not call list and it doesn't seem to matter anymore...

This number has called my grandmothers house 5+ times a day for the last couple days asking her if she knew someone by my mom's name, she tells them yes and they have told her they want to ask my mom 4 questions, and then hang up when she says she isn't there. They have called beyond 9:30pm even.

No reply when I said hello. Empty space. Figured it was probably using an auto-dial program. Hung up before they had a chance to log in. Life's too short to talk to people that that use an auto-dial program...

I keep getting calls from this number. When I asked I was told that it belongs to a company called either M2 Strategies or MT Strategies. Even though I have asked to be removed from its calling list I keep getting calls.

Called for my ex saying she had a question to ask him. Wasn't at liberty to tell me who she was and why she was calling, she told me. Has called 3 times in 2 days. She hung up on me while I was yelling at her.

I answered after 2 rings, could hear someone breathing on the other end - just normal breathing, nothing creepy, but they would not say anything or answer my Hello? Hello? Very weird....
