This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Tom from Home Protection has been calling me too. Very frustrating and not sure how to stop him. I reported him already on the FCC website.

when they call me 3-8 times aday I pickup and start pushing buttond on the phone it sends a high pitch squeel through the headset and they have stopped after one day.

STOP the calls!!  I don't want any security system, I don't want to hear your voice ever again, and I'm NOT going to pay for your calls!

This person has been calling me non stop for the past week, its getting out of control and its ridiculous. I'm pregnant and this is just constant annoyance after getting out of the hospital. They never say anything just keeps calling several times a day. I have finally told the mystery people I'm calling the cops and filling a compliant then I hang up. If this is the security people, they have called before from a different number. It's so annoying!

I get multiple calls from this number EVERY DAY!! How do I get rid of them?!

We keep getting calls from this number but no msgs are left. However when we called the number back...it never rings. Did anyone ever get a dial tone or through to them? Its ridiculous. I'm calling my carrier tomorrow to see if they can be blocked.

OK now they are dinging my cell phone - glad I google and found out they are unwanted in the universe - have not picked up, however, I notice the calls got more intense over the last 48 hours.

I have had a total of 7 calls in the past 2 days from "Tom". At first when I answer he doesn't say anything but eventually tells me who he is and I hang up. This is so freaking annoying.

I repeatedly (6+ times per day) get phone calls from this number; however, I've never picked up the call.  It is extremely annoying to receive these calls.

Calls started yesterday - received 3 yesterday in a 2 hour period.  Didn't recognize area code so I ignored it because the people who WANT to get a hold of me will leave a message.  No message left, and so far I've received 1 call this morning.

Ive been getting calls from this number for a few months.  normally when I dont answer they keep calling.  when I do answer and say im not interested the calls stop for about a month.  they just started back up again.

Is this the same scam artist that is using 360-529-6104?  Both of these numbers call and never leave a message.  I never answer.

If the US government can find Bin Laden in the dessert, then they should certainly be able to find the source of these types of calls and stop them.  Problem is, they "don't have the resources", "constrained by privacy laws", blah, blah, blah.  It is one more example of what is wrong with priorities in the country.  The average person just wants to not be harassed by scammers day and night and doesn't give a fuzz about bailing out banks or saving the Greek economy.  I truly think if a politician ran on solving the everyday problems of this country they could go very far.

i went to verizon and blocked them i told the guy i rent he says ok can i speak to the home owner dugh i rent the idiot doesnt get it i have 2 dogs i dont need his home protection so then he calles me back from another number rrrrgh

f*** these people!!!! they call 3-5 times a day and I finally speak with someone and tell them I dont own a home, Im actually only 17 and they are calling my cell phone!! and I kindly asked for them to take me off their list and the dude hangs up!!! Real professional!!!
