I too have gotten calls from this number with an automated voice that says only "good bye". I doubt that it's a bill collector because I went through bankruptcy a while back and haven't incurred any new debt since. It probably does have something to do with diabetes because ever since my mother-in-law moved in a few months ago (she is diabetic), I have had several telemarketing calls (and I am on the do not call list) about various diabetic products

It is so much more difficult to read upper cased typing than regular traditional typing.  It serves no purpose in making a point, it's  Just harder for the eyes to deal with.

I am with this writer bout the diabetes relationship as that is how I got on this list!! I stupidly inquired about a TV add and it's been annoying call ever since. HOW is the response "Not a Working Number" possible when the call came from it!! Where is our government to assist with this annoyance?? TOOOOO busy covering election info that few care about!

my caller ID showed this number with Health Services (on my land line) it was last week and I may have answered it because of the 'health' part -- I honestly cannot remember. If I did, it may have been a charitable institution seeking donations for a charity similar to Make a Wish. When I said that I already made contributions to Make a Wish and monthly contributions to St.Judes Childrens Hospital, I thought they would just 'get it' and hang up but oh no, they kept on with their sales pitch. NOW AGAIN, I AM NOT POSITIVE THIS IS WHO THIS WAS BUT I DO REMEMBER ANSWERING A CALL BECAUSE OF THE 'HEALTH' PART AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I SAVED BECAUSE I WAS A BIT ANNOYED THAT THEY DIDN'T GET IT.
TODAY I GOT A CALL ON MY CELL PHONE FROM NUMBER 360-633-9168   -- WHEN I CALL BOTH NUMBERS BACK, I get a recorded message offering to have my number removed from the 'do not call list' by verifying the number that called me and then verifying my number.   SOMEHOW I DON'T TRUST THAT PROCESS AND AM SURE THEY USE THIS AS A WAY TO UPDATE THEIR RECORDS THAT THEY HAVE REACHED WORKING TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND THEN WILL UPDATE THEIR RECORDS -- WHAT A SCAM  LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE THIS 360-633-XXXX  NUMBERS COVERED  ANNOYING!  THEY ARE AS ANNOYING AS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO SEND ME A BRAND NEW TALKING TINIER THAN THE TIP OF FINGER, TALKING AND WALKING PAIN FREE NO STICK-ME BLOOD SUGAR READER -- THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I DO NOT HAVE DIABETES. AND I am sorry for those who do, but this is just ANOTHER WAY FOR HEALTH CARE COSTS TO CONTINUE TO RISE  THESE FREE TESTERS ARE NOT FREE -- INSURANCE IS PAYING FOR THEM IN SOME WAY SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU AGREE TO YET ANOTHER NEW MACHINE WITH MORE BELLS & WHISTELS IF YOUR OLD ONE IS STILL WORKING. SORRY   I GET A CALL ABOUT 2X/ WEEK AND IT IS ON TV ALL THE TIME.

A call - then hang up.  The number "is not in service" when called back so obviously it is an harassing call.

Just received a call from this number.  Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  Did not leave a message.

Just received a call.  Long pause, then a computer voice saying, "goodbye".  How is this allowed to continue?
