Received robocall for some financial deal. Reported to national registry as unsolicited solicitation.

Got a text from: 909-538-6591 earlier in the day stating I won a Target gift card for $1000.
and to go on line to TargetContest.con.... Tried to text back "F#@K OFF" but did not go through. Than this evening got a call from: 360-633-9223 & didn't know who it was til I looked here. Makes sense about the Target card scam. I texted back "F~OFF" to that # and it went through.

I feel for Grieving daughter. It's bad enough to go through the loss of a loved one without having to put up with nonsense calls from jokers and con artists. I received a call from these clowns who also left no message on voice mail. Number is now blocked and won't ring through. Wish Mr. Obama would do something about these crackpot calls.

Called and left no message when my answering machine picked up.  Caller ID says, Silverdale, WA.

These people called Sunday evening.  When I answered the phone, thinking it was someone calling about my Dad who had died the day before, there was music, then a busy tone.  This afternoon I receive another call from the same people (private caller), no one was on the line.  When I called back to see who it was, there was a recording directing me to do various things in order to get OFF of the telemarketing list.  I AM ALREADY ON THE NATIONAL NO CALL LIST.  

I know I'm a bit emotional about losing my Dad on Saturday...My husband is having cancer surgery in December.  So  forgive me if I say these people should be prosecuted, sent to jail and they should sit there and rot for a good long time.

Forgive me.  I am just so frustrated with these people.  SHAME ON THEM!

From a  fake Target it went to a fake Continuing Education Association. Shows how dumb these fools are. Next they'll claim to be a fake Home Security or a fake Medicare Service.

Recording claiming that they were from the national continuing education association and wanted me to take a survery.

I so agree with the desire to hassle these callers in return.  No doubt it's a scam, but it is probably unfair to blame Target.   The only thing Target may have to do with the call is that the scammer  thinks Target is a popular store and that people who are regular shoppers there may believe the call is legitimate.   (I have no connection to Target.)

Planning a scam?  Call it whatever company you want.  Your goal is to fool people and obtain credit card numbers, etc., of unwary people.  Maybe the closest we can get to hassling them back is to waste as much of their time as is possible if we ever accidentally are connected to alive person on one of these calls.

I did answer the phone, too late, since my granddaughter was already awoken from her nap.  Nobody responded on the phone.  I called the number back because I am now pissed beyond belief (she only got a 30 minute nap).  I was connected to an opt out automated system.  What a bunch of b***s***.  I should be able to hassle them as much as they hassle me.  I would have gladly phoned multiple times, just to waste their time.  There is not even a small possibility that I would do business with someone who cold calls me.  I am so tired of interrupted naps for this baby and think it is ridiculous that these companies that call me, don't want to be called back.  You took my time, I should be able to take yours.  From what I have read, this is Target.  I hate Target, don't shop there and don't have any intention of doing so.

The must be working their way across the country's area codes...I had a no-message voicemail at 1 PM Central Time today.

Missed call on phone, no voice mail left. Called around 1:40 EST.

This number called with no noise or voices on the other end, and then only hung up when I put my phone to mute.
