I have been getting a phone call every couple hours for the past 2 days from this photo "Company", and the one time the guy left a message he said i bought a package (which i didn't) and said i had a free 8x10 photo of my baby. I have the paper from the real company that took our baby's photo and it was NOT "365 portraits".

I would have to agree so overpriced and they only give you two weeks to pay for it largest package is over 1000 and just to buy the CD 365.00 Whew..

I think it is a matter of convenience.  Some people enjoy the pampering of having the photos done in your home where every one is more relaxed and better chances of getting some great candid shots!  We are all told nothing is free..so in this case the 8X10 photo is free but you spend a bit of time looking at and often wanting the other ones as well, so you are paying with your time.  The prices may be a bit higher than if you took them your self but then you would not have the professional experience or the convenience.
I feel badly that people are saying that this is a scam, it seems like a legitimate business with a free gift and a salesperson hoping to sell you more photos to enjoy for you and for the company and for him..actually sounds like everyone wins!!

I just got fired from the company because a mom said that I forced sales on her(not true) I presented the package and told her she was not obligated to purchase anything. I was also told not to kiss the baby. If that is all i am guilty of doing my goodness what kind of a society have we bred?

I agree - They rush you and don't... they know you just had a baby - I did buy some photos for about $250 b/c his our first, but if I would have another child I will not use them!

I believe how they received the information is by actually purchasing the names and information from the hospital portraits. I could be wrong, but when I worked for them, that was the assumption I was under.
It's terrible what they do to new mothers. I am a photographer and I know that good photographers are worth more than obviously what you would pay at walmart or sears, but there should be a limit. It's just sleazy business

I also worked for this company. When I worked there It was called Growing Family in St. Louis, MO. I was fired because I wouldn't push a "early years" package during the photography session. I couldn't lie to the parents and tell them to pay money for something they could actually get for free. I was a great photographer and was requested back by many of my customers. I wouldn't say the calls are a scam, but I know some of the people who were hired were not experienced like the website says. You can find their hiring ads on craigslist all the time. "no experience necessary" is usually a tag line. And their packages are outrageous. Photographers and sales people were kept completely separate so we were never allowed to tell the parents what the package prices were like. It is a filthy company who is only after the dollar. I take pride in being a good person and letting the world know about these people is one of my good deeds.
Do not do business with them.

This company has a horrible customer service, they don't send you the product on time and are terrible at keeping clients satisfied.
I woud find another photo studio. Besides, they are extremely overpriced.
I talk from my personal experience with them as a customer.

My daughter had a baby and had pictures done in the hospital. After being home 6 wks. This company called. They are associated with the same company that took the hospital pictures which was $20.00. They sold my daughter a package for $650.00. The photographer was nice and professional but the woman that came to the house was so pushy. They come when only the mom is home, and take advantage of first time mothers. After she left my daughter was beside herself because of the money she spent. We were able to cancel the contract later that day after notifying the credit card company, since the woman told my daughter they had already charged her card and it was to late(another example of their business ethic). My daughter ended up buying a cheaper pkg.$350.00 but still to expensive. When she got married her photographer worked 8 hours, took 700 picutes and put them on cd's and charged $1,000.00. This is not even equitable. My issue is with the hospital allowing these contractors into the hospital and if they are not aware of what happens they need to be. They call with a free 8X10 and get their foot in the door. They are indeed the same company  and it is a violation of hospital policy and regulations to give out patient information. I am sure they probably have a release signed by the parents but I don't think the parents even know what they are signing with all the paperwork they already have. I think if people contact their hospital and ask if the hospital is not violating their confidentiality by allowing this contractor into the hospital things may get done and other new moms will not have to go through what my daughter did.

My experience with Our 365 was a pleasant one. Both the photographer and sales person were helpful, not pushy and I loved the photos. Very convenient service. I recommend them. It sounds like a few of you maybe ran into a couple of rotten apples, but the people I dealt with were fabulous.

They took our baby's photo in the hospital, and a few months later the sent us a photo of the wrong baby. For 6 months we fought them to get the right photos, and then they sent us a bill. We fought the price down for what we went through, and sent them a check for the reduced amount. They accepted the check only as partial payment and ignored the conversation we had about reducing the price for us. A year later they sent us collection notices for the difference. Since then we have called many times and have received many letters saying that our account has been cleared, but they keep sending us collection notices. The company is located in St. Charles, MO. I have informed them that I am filing a harassment complaint with the City of St. Charles Police Department (636) 949-3300. They would not give me a name of the company owner to put on the complaint so I was able to look up the companies profile on google and found out that the chief financial officer of OUR 365 is Dan Kruk (appropriate). For all those who are in the same situation, they won't stop the problems they created, or fix them. Don't waist your time with the BBB. They can't shut companies down. Get the police involved, at least that way the owners will develop a police record and be on their radar.

They're all the same company. Check the Better Business Bureau website and you'll see. You'll also see all the complaints.

They do a HORRIBLE job! Their pictures are very low quality and I would definitely not recommend them. It's a shame that new parents are scammed into dealing with these people.

Hi- this is not a scam- "Our 365 Portraits" is affiliated with the different companies that take hospital baby pictures. They follow up in the first year after that (usually within a month, sometimes longer) to schedule a free in home portrait session, and customers get a free 8x10 of their choice. They can choose to buy more if they would like. It's a great service- they come right to your home and set up a whole mini studio- especially good in the cold months when you don't want to take your newborn out to a germy studio somewhere.  They do a really nice job!

I had to call them b/c I received a notice in the mail saying that I owed them nearly $100 for baby photos. I had already written a check that was cashed 2 months ago by a different company. I told the customer service rep this info and she kept putting me on hold. All she could tell me was that their company took over the company I used originally(Baby Prints, by Imaging Parthers, Inc.), and that I would need to send a copy of the cashed check(which she happened to know the check number of) to clear up the account. This is BS!! If they had trouble getting their accounts cleared up that should not be my problem!

I received a call today from this number.  I recently had a baby in Plano, TX.  365 took the hospital pictures.  Next time I will know to put a fake # on the paperwork.  NEVER put your real # on any paperwork unless you REALLY want someone to call you.

"Our 365" is HORRIBLE!! They came into my home & the photographer was rude & crabby, he did however take amazing photos.. but when they came back to my home to show me the photo's of course, I feel in love and ordered a few.. my order came up to over 4oo dollars.. not only have they deducted this from my VISA but 9 weeks later and i have no photos. They hang up on me when i call or give me the run around. They did however mess with the wrong person. I'm a single mom with 3 kids, i dont have this kind of money! What can I do??

I used to work for this company and they were the most ridiculous employers I have ever worked for. They do pay very well however nothing is EVER good enough for them. As soon as your photography is up to 100% they want 120%. Then once you get to the 120 they want 150 and just keeps going from there. No one working for this company is ever appreciated. Every photographer is paid by the number of sittings they shoot. You are expected to shoot 9 sittings in an 8 hour day however I have had days where only 1 pulled through which left me spending $40.00 in gas for the day yet I only made $18.50. The appointment setters often book the photographers fake/made up appointments and then the photographer is reprimanded for not FORCING their way in the customers door. Not to mention in order for a photographer to mantain employment with the company they had to force customers into doing things that the customers (very often) didn't want to do. Just keep this in mind when you are spending hundreds of dollars on their low quality photographs.

they tried to get a hold of me like 3 times i didnt know who they were at first but when they told me i went along with it they came to my house and it was great the photos they took were the best me and my wife have got yet everything went according to what the gentleman told me on the phone the convenience of having it done at my house was absolutly phenomenal my wife has a disabilty that has left her homestricken and she went absolutly bannanas when she saw our beautiful boys photo done profesionally i highly suggest this service to all parents i dont know what others experiences were but mine were great

I wouldn't necessarily call it a scam however they called me at least 10 times. I finally got tired of them calling so I arragned the appointment. The "sitting" went on for almost 2 hours. My daughter was 1 month old at the time and the photographer pushed her to take at least 30 photos. He tried selling me a $60.00 package for him to come back ha right. Then when the second set of people came (almost a month later)they tried selling me more pictures which were more expensive than a professional photographer. The cheapest package was around a hundred dollars and you only got four to six photos. The pictures were good but not worth paying that much for.
