I got call from 360-717-2242 and the dude said he was "Alex Stevens".  Said I owed $300 on a loan that was deposited into my account in Jan 2010, and that I need to pay them back or he'll forward my account for legal action.  Said that I can settle out of court for $600 which included the "original" loan and interest fees.  I called my bank and they have no transaction of $300 deposited into my account.  I called "Alex Stevens" back and told him that, and said that I probably don't remember and insisted that I take care of this matter out of court.  He said that I will have to pay over $5000 in court and legal fees if I lose the case, and again STRONGLY advised that I pay out of court.  I called my Uncle who is a paralegal and said that is was a big scam.  

I called "Alex Stevens" back and told him that I know it's a scam and the I've already forward a complaint to the FTC. He hung up and never called back. The alleged company that he stated gave me the loan, told me that they are aware of the fraudulent collectors and are currently investigating it for using their name.

Calls and leave horrible messages. Threatens my father and I saying we better give him my sisters SSN. Says hes and officer.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

So, I returned the call to this number and the person whom answered, just said hello. Asked what my name and number was, I answered by asking who he was. The gentelman answered, "Alex Stevens" and that he worked for Unsecured Loans. A search for this company name under any search engine does not populate.

MY NEPHEW AND I BOTH RECEIVED A CALL. THREATENING BOTH OF US WITH LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE MY SISTER USED ARE NAMES FOR CREDIT. NO SO. THIS IS A BIG SCAM. THEY GUY THAT CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE HAS A VERY THICK ACCENT, MIDDLE EASTERN, INDIAN, ETC.  I CALLED BACK AND THREATENED HIM. I CALLED THE CARRIER THEY CLAIM THEY ARE USING. THE CARRIER STATES THERE IS NO SUCH NUMBER AND THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVING COMPLAINTS. THEY HAVE SENT THIS NUMBER TO THERE MANAGEMENT.

There is no reason for calling me 3x in a row....no reason....do it again and i will go out of my way to make a complaint over and over and over!

keeps calling me and my 75 year old Mother wants me to pay $1,000.00 said I owe and I have called everyone I have done business with and everyone said Michael you are paid in full.
I got a payday loan  which is paid back in full and I called that company and they said this guy is scam he been calling all of there customers he hacked into there information source.
