woman called & asked for my husband.when i said hes not availble can i take a msg,she said this is janice & gave me this number.When i asked what it was in regards to she said oh,just a personal call.She only asked for him by his 1st name,not his last.Didnt sound professional like a collection agency.

I got a voicemail from this number.  Said it was Aubri and she'd love to hear from me.  I know no one by this name

Katie Johnson called from this # and asked for my husband by his first name. Sounded like "How dare he have a wife" when I said he was at work.  Snotty. We have been getting a lot of calls like this, including some from "inmate phones".  We have been told that this is some kind of common scam by the Pierce County Jail.

Don't tell them anything.

i think this is some kind of collection agency. that is what another website said about this number.

"Penny" called and asked for me by first name and wanted me to call her back asap. No company name or what call was about. Possibly from a prison?????

Its a collection agency... I know because I have dealt with them recently! Theyre pretty sneaky huh...

I get a call from this same number and 1 other number that shows up as "unknown" on my caller ID, every time they call its a different person lynn,jessica etc.. they say the same oh Hi I was calling to talk to ===== sometimes they will say they are calling to talk to ++++ about a debt they owe.
I have also had them call and ask for someone that wasnt here when I told them that they tried to get more info when I refused and said Bye and hung up they called my next door neighbor and told her they needed to contact +++++ and that it was an emergency and they couldnt get a hold of anyone at my house, my neighbor runs over in her robe to tell me that lynn is on the phone and needs to talk to ++++ that its an emergency. I called the number asked to speak to lynn and told her that it was against the law to call my neighbor and tell her it was an emergency after she already called me and i told her +++ wasnt here.

This place DYNAMIC COLLECTIONS are a bunch of Rude, Arrogant people. they do not care about anyone but themselves. and They will not work with you, they would rather sue you and charge you more have your wages garnished and force you to go to the foodbank and anything else you can do to live!!!

woman calls daily named"kylie" she never pronounces my name right or says what it is in regards to.also, she leaves a different number everytime. In the begining she left a number to a mortgage company. I called the number and asked for kylie the women said she didn't work there and never has and that she wishes people would stop calling for her. I am on the do not call list. All you need to do is go to donotcall.gov it takes 3 minutes and your done.unfortinatly it takes up to a month to be fully added so after the month I will be placing a claim the fine is up to 5,000 a call. And to top it all off I work graveyard so I have to have my phone on silent because she calls everyday!

You need to send this request via a certified mail and request a return receipt. If you want to allow calls only between 5pm and 6pm, tell them about it in the letter. By law collection companies are required to respect your privacy and will have to cease all phone calls to your home, relatives, neighbors, and work.

Once you have their claims in writing it?s easier to seek legal help, and keep records of your correspondence.

Send all your responses to bill collectors via Certified Mail. This way you will have proof of receipt by the addressee.

Remember that the amount they claim you owe is negotiable. You can negotiate the total amount due, number of payments, and the payment deadline. Once you worked out the payment plan, request it in writing.

What a debt collector CANNOT do:

  * Use deceptive practices. For example, threaten you with arrest or  trick you into paying for collection calls.
  * Use obscene language.
  * Call you at work after you tell them that your boss does not approve these calls.
  * Deny you the right to receive a written notice (within five days after your first phone conversation) that would tell you how much you owe and the name of the creditor that says you owe the money. If you do not receive the notice within five days, call the collection agency and ask for its address and fax number. Then, send a letter to the collector noting its failure to send you the required notice. As a minimum, make a note in your file.
  * Refuse to give its name and the name of the collection company when asked.
  * Put a debt on your credit report if you file a dispute. It must validate the debt by obtaining a verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment from the creditor before continuing their collection efforts. The results of the investigation must be mailed to you.
