Call received 5/16/2014  1:14pm.  Bellingham City (Washington) 360-778-8788. No message was left on the answering machine when it answered.  Number is a CenturyLink Landline/Qwest Communications number. We are on the national DO NOT CALL list but continue to receive solicitation calls. Are they selling my number? PLEASE remove my number from your call list.

Called about 10 minutes ago. Didn't answer, never do if I don't recognise the number.

Automated offer to lower my interest rate on my credit card. When offered the choice of "press 1 to talk to a representative, or press 2 to disconnect", I pressed 1 - merely out of curiosity.  The line went dead.

I get these calls all the time. It is a scam to try and get your credit card numbers then bang you're screwed! They got you!  Depending on my mood I either ignore the call or pick it up and try to talk trash to any live person telling them I am about to commit either a murder or suicide. Sometime they are curious and stay on the phone with you. Most do not. But I figure each minute I keep them away from an unsuspecting innocent person I have done a good thing. If they are obviously black or foreign sounding I will make fun of them and giggle my a** off.

Got a call on my "do not call" cell phone.  Hung up as soon as it said "there is nothing wrong with your account but we need information".  Yeah, right.  January 23, 2014

Received a call this morning on my cell phone.  Did not answer because I did not recognize the number.  After reading the earlier posts, I'm glad I did not answer.  Caller ID showed: WA, USA

Just received a call from this number.  Didn't recognize the area code, so I didn't answer.  The person didn't leave a message.  Typically when I get these odd numbers it's a bank security asking about an odd charge, however when I don't answer... they usually leave a message for me to call them back.

Just a thought, did anyone else receiving these calls shop at a Target store during their cyber security breach?

Three calls received 01/14/14 between 2:36 and 2:37pm MST. I do not answer calls from unrecognized numbers and can't provide any additional information.

Called today (~45 minutes ago), missed it and they didn't leave a message.

Called me two minutes ago: here is what you do:
You can call the Attorney General in your state about this number and report them.
Especially, do that if you are on the do not call list.
However these people are just stupid criminals, so stupid is as stupid does.

I received this number on a phone a few seconds ago. I hate getting calls like this. I really wish the Do Not Call List would actually work.

Got a call today, and I am on the Federal and State Do Not Call list, which this service is ignoring.....

Same thing here. While on the phone with a friend call waiting showed Bellingham City. I have a couple of business deals closing so I thought maybe it is one of the clients. I answered, no one there when I said hello then a busy signal. I am sick of telemarketers and crooks.

A woman just called my dad about "card services" instructing him to push button 1; dad hung up. Be careful now!

I stayed on the line to speak to a person.  I asked the caller to remove my number from the call list.  He told me to go to hell, then hung up.

I get many scam calls from area code 360 which is in Washington State. This time my caller I.D. said "Bellingham City" and that is in the Seattle area. Also the carrier who owns this number is Qwest Corporation.

I got this call on my land line. I never answer my land land because it's for my computer only. I let them waste their time, not mine. Thanks for the information on these posts.
