calls and leaves message of letter i received in mail to lower interest(I never got any letters)I have NO credit cards or debts and am a senior citizen on a fixed income-they are driving me nuts!

Called 9AM - did not pick up. But did report it to National Do Not Call COMPLAINT and used EDW-Worcester info. Lower Credit Card Rates are mostly SCAM calls and dangerous too. BTW this is a new telephone number to me (have been tracking numbers for years).

This number called to offer me "lower rates on your current credit card account."  The recording did NOT include an opt-out button to press.  The automated call kept my land-line tied up for nearly two minutes.
