Received this phony call today at 3:14 p.m. Automated system stated that my Merrill Lynch debit card had-sadly-been deactivated. Of course, I don't have such a thing, so another S C A M attack. Beware!

Didn't answer sketchy unknown number on caller ID, came across this page. Second apparent phisher trying to call me within a week. Glad I never answer my phone.

Just robo-called my cell and claimed to be from my credit union.  Same crap....account is locked, etc., etc.  I don't belong to any credit.  THIS IS A SCAM!

At 6:30 this am, 05/04/2013 I was woken to a call from this number telling me that my card was locked.  Can't someone stop this.  If 372 if not a valid area code can we call block this number?

Received a call with no message at 0616 AM on May 3rd, 2013, left no message. Googled this # since it was unknown to me and see it is a debit/card card phishing scam.

I just received a call from this number on my cell. I don't answer unknown number so I declined the call and waited to see if they would leave a message. They did leave a message and it stated that my credit card was locked and to pick an option to confirm my card information. It didn't even mention what company the card was from so I new it was a scam. I immediately sent a text to my family members letting them know not to provide any card information but to call their credit card or bank to check on their cards.

Not sure who it is but I got a call at 215 this morning come on people. Look at your codes if you want to scam us we all know our own banking institutions will call us and let us know if there is a problem itch our accounts or cards and it surely won't be automated. We would be notified by some means at least during banking hours. Some of us don't even have a credit card or even bank accounts. Scammmmmm.

Automated message left about my account being locked and I would need to verify information they already ha to re-activate it.

I just received a call at 11:30pm stating my debit cad has been disactivated and to call to verify information they have on their records. I let it go to voicemail.

Same issue, they called and said my bank account has placed restrictions on my debit card and i needed to press one to unlock it. Someone needs to encarcerate these people!!

confused as to why i got an auto-message that they needed to verify i had my card on me and to press 1 to verify my information.. instantly thought it was a scam... unbelievable !!

We received a call from this number at 12:18 AM. Automated message said they were a credit union and my card was reported stolen and I needed to verify that I still had the card in my possesion. Followed by a prompt to enter my 16-digit card number. Yeah right. I may be tired and asleep at 12:18 AM but I don't have a credit union account.

I received a call from this number at 3:48 a.m., didnt leave a message.

Received a calm from this number today.  It was an automated message from Berkshire Bank telling me my account has been suspended and to press 1 to re activate the account.  We do not have any accounts with this bank.  I did not press 1 as instructed but after I hung up, I called this number back to hear a message from my cell phone carrier that my call could not be completed as dialed.

I just recieved a call from this number as well. Telling me to type in my debit card number. I think this is a fraud.

Had a call from this number telling me my credit card from a credit union I do not use and don't have a card with had been compromised and to press 1 for further information. I hung up.
Scum.

The bad guys must be recycling this number now.  Just got automated message saying debit card is cancelled and please press 1.  Hung up.

So, with these many calls on this page, what can we do about it.  What can be done.  They are scamming.

I got a call saying my credit/debit card has been locked from this number. No company identified, and they wanted my card number. I think I did the right thing hanging up on them.

My Frontier Credit card has been locked, press One to unlock it. I do not have a Frontier Card knew it was a scam. While is this number still active.

You bet I'll enter push 1 or enter my card number,  immediately after you !#$^@$^&.  Don't push anything!

received call I ignored it.  Voice mail was blank.  I looked up the number here.  Shouldn't there be a warning that these calls are all from estonia and ignore them or at least have some agency investigating them.

Got a call reguarding my Grow financial debit card being overdrawn. I do not have a Grow financial account. I quickly hung up and emailed grow finiancial.

Received a call today on my cell phone, but I didn't answer. My husband received one yesterday from Grow Financial. Like another commenter, he was told his debit card was locked. He doesn't have one. We knew it was a scam.

I received a call from 372-689-448 at 18:17 on 11/28/2012.  Message stated that my Growth Financial card had been locked select 1 to be transferred to the security department.  Figured it was a scam just by the contact method. I'm on Verizon wireless.

It is automated and says my CC has been locked and to enter my CC number.  Of course, I did not
I looked the number up and there are a lot of similar complaints, saying it is a scam to get your debit/credit info, and that there is no area code (372) but it is the country code to call Estonia.

Sounds like its that time of the year for Christmas scams . got the same as above comments saying my CC was blocked and to unblock I needed to enter my account info. 1st problem call came on a brand new Cel phone I just activated the day before and no one has the number yet.
