Another get rich scam from Federal Financial Group.  They work like Amway and other fraudulent schemes.  Usually prey on young or inexperienced people who are desperate for money.  They will require a large investment from you and it will never be paid back.

This company has been calling me daily.  Called again today and lady stated she was from Federal Financial Group looking for people to work in their insurance area. I told her I was on the Do Not Call List. She stated she was not calling me to sell something. I ask her " Aren't you soliciting me for job Opportunities?" She said Yes.  I told her then you are in fact calling me to sell your company to me for a job.  I told her that was a violation of the Do Not Call listing. I am not looking for a job, I never sent you my resume or filled out an application with you. How dare you search my information and call me without my consent. I asked she not call me again and since they have harnessed me for over a week and still continue, I am filing a complaint with State Do Not Call, FCC and FTC.

Check your phone bills; if the company is in Utah, so is the NSA, sounds like data mining.  I love the block feature on my iPhone.

#s are recycled. Somebody likely had your number a week before you. I got a # that was previously used by a pimp. It happens, get ATT to give you a new # if its toobad.

i received the phone call the  lady speaks well. i understand the call about the scratch card giveaway since they are expanding . i set an appointment .. said will be meeting for 20mins and hand me over the giveaway as a token of my time . what i got is an apple ipod . the odds of winning is at the back of the scratch card. :)

Actually it is enforced. They have few workers and the government is shut down at this point though. But yes, they do enforce it. It takes time to do so and the criminals are not about to obey any laws. It doesn't stop the criminals though from calling you and seriously, you do need to file complaints. The DNC is only going to keep those honest ones honest. And its for telemarketers (selling goods and services). Political, some survey's and Charity's are exempt but honest ones will put you on a internal DNC when asked.  There is also a political DNC list as well..  what I did was go directly to the party's and tell them DNC. Then when or if one breaks that, I go directly to the web site of that politician and send him a DNC and give them the URL for the political DNC and tell them to use it!  Its worked well on that score.

The rest of the calls you report accordingly depending on their nature. IE: Extortion scams get reported to your states Attorney General and sometimes the state of the caling number as well, FBI and DOJ, you can also file complaints with the FTC and FCC as well.

These companies are insane. Out of curiosity, there have been times when I would pick up the phone. There would either be no response or I would hear an automated message asking me to hold! What's the point of having the Do not call list if no one enforces it.Unfortunately, companies usually find a way around laws anyway.

I agree.  I goggled them and noticed an "one of their partners" is AARP.  I just dropped AARP because of their peddling of insurance related products.  I would bet that they are getting members phone numbers from AARP.  If you are getting calls from Federal Financial and you are a member of AARP...due the math.

Hitting # then # again and extension 400 will get you to a real person. Then request to be taken off the call list. I was told it would take up to 48 hours *rolls eyes*.

Took the advice from the above comment of Shelly and filed with the DNC Registry website. Maybe if there's enough complaints they'll stop. Long shot but who knows. I'm sick of this company!

I've been getting the same bs calls for the past 2 weeks!! 4-5 calls a day all day!! Never a message left. I've worked in the telemarketing profession (Medco customers, not these bs companies) and we're required to never leave a message so I get the no message left part but this is just BULL!!! I finally got sick and tired and answered a call, no one there. It takes a minute for the calls to connect but I got hung up on. WTH?? I get called and they hang up on me?

It transferred me straight thru to a representative. I told her I'd like her to put my number on
A No Call list. She said no problem... Asked for my number... And wished me a good day...
