got a call from 386-232-1240 Mark Evans stating from sheriffs department, I hadn't paid a bill with cashnet.usa.  I called cashnet.usa they said I didn't have account or loan with them.
The man at 386-232-1240 said they would be serving me papers within 3 hours.
that I was trying to run and not pay the bill.
This was my job they called.

report this number to police about fraud impersonating a police officer ect.

this number called me at work called them back and says have a claim against me but would not give full details gets mad and hangs up i call back and he asked if i was toying with him  and he hung up on me again called him back the 3rd time he answers the phone i tell him my name he goes OH MY GOD now does that sound like a police department nope then wants me to send him 110$ by the money back green pack and wants me to call him when i get it !!!!!!

Just got 6 back to back calls from them.Since my son's phone just broke, I thought he may be trying to contact me from someone else's phone.

Well if you talk to him, please let him know he is the defendant in a lawsuit (yaddayaddayadda). Okay, as I stroll through the streets (because that's what I do all day), I will ask random dudes "Are you Wicktor?" And when Wicktor finally is found, I will let him know.

They called my cell phone once, then my job twice. I told him to provide documenation , They had all my information and the man sounded like he was calling from INDIA. Very suspicious. NO real debt collector operates like this. Especially not over the amount they said I owed $350. I have never heard of this company and dont trust it

They continually called my phone they never got to mention why they were calling me just kept calling! What kind of legit company does that? They left voicemail after voicemail so I forested thier # to the police department for harrassment! The next time they call with bullsh&$t I'm cussing them out!!

Continuously calls and leaves no message.

Continuously calling my work, my home & my cell. Same person, same message and same threats.
Even called and left a message on the companys main line to my supervisor!

I agree, the post smells fraudulent. The IC3-Internet Crime Complaint Center is legit place for complaints according to their web site but they do not call people.  The phone number is available (not used by anyone) in Debary FL..  Their mission statement is a clearing house for complaints, to investigate and work with other law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

There is a good chance that the first comment is fake. It was posted from an Indian IP address. While it is technically possible, it is very unlikely that someone from Florida would use an Indian IP address.

This is a scam....Thats what i thought started ignoring the calls, later found out that this number was on behalf of Legal Sherrif Department in Florida State. I Called them back they gave all the information about the pay-day loan which i had applied online, they also informed me about the law suits filed against me. Later confirmed with my lawyer they help me with the settelement resolution.

After paying them i stopped getting colloction and harrasment calls from the loan compnies.
