Make them stop calling in the middle of the night or at all!!

LOL...illegal robo call AGAIN claiming to be their "third and final attempt".  Not only do they follow the rules, but they cannot count!  I press 1 to talk to a scammer.  He will only say "is this the business owner?"  repeatedly.  When I asked who was calling he hung up.  

SCAMMERS!!!!

Robo says this is the "third and final attempt"....gee, I hope so!  We are on the no call list.

This number kept calling me informing about a business platform to get me more customers! I said I don't own a salon and stop calling me and the guy wouldn't get the clue to leave me alone and take me off there calling list! I hung up on him again and called and talked to the manager- he said he was and would take my number off the list!  Annoying people!!

I got this call today from someone claiming to to be "Kevin" from a company named "Discount Rewards"

Kevin told me that all these calls were being recorded.  I told him that was fine because they were in violation of the TCPA because I was dialed on a cell phone with an automated dialer.

I enacted my rights under the TCPA and told him that he had to tell me what company he represented and his name. I was instantly transferred to a supervisor with a female voice.  She did not give me her name and was being dodgy when I told her I was called from their company on a auto-dialer...

Beware.

Called around 10:00 AM EST. Hung up before I answered. Only rang a few times. Did not leave a message.

They called me day after day on my cell and said I entered some sweepstakes. They then wouldn't get off the phone with me wanted me to pay 4.95 a week for magazine.  Wanted me to buy four magazines I kept saying I wasn't interested but she wouldn't stop trying to sell them. I had to hang up on her.

She did ask me survey questions like marriage status and education level before trying to sell me stuff.

This number called before I could answer they hung up.  When I called the number back it said that I had visited a website and won a giftcard.  I do not give out my phone number to web sites.  This number is now blocked from my phone by my paid program.  When I called them back from my blocked phone number and pressed one to redeem my claim I could hear a voice in the distance say 'hang up, hang up'.  And then they hung up.
