ugh!  they keep calling with a recording about "MY" credit card without identifying themselves.

They are trying to "help" me lower my credit card interest. I do not have any credit cards. The first thing they ask for is my cc number.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Called to lower my credit card rate.  Would not identify as to which card they were speaking of.

I get a caller ID of  Raymond Stevenson for this number and a recording of the lower my credit card rate, I am on the do not call registry

Received a call from 386-677-4806 per caller ID. Call went unanswered. I am a frequent recipient of the "Lower your credit rate calls," since I have made this company (I am quite sure it is originating from one federation of individuals) very upset in the past (tee hee).

a guy was trying get my cc #. Telling me that I had high rates. the funny thing is I dont have a credit card

got a call from this number caller id unknown - just says "Florida" - i never answer those

They are phishing apparently. Initially a recording comes on and tells me that this is the LAST courtesy call regarding my credit account, press 1 to talked to me.  I did.  I asked "ARE YOU A CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCY???" Told me that they were from Bank of America, I had a past-due account that was over the limit. I pushed back as in "I don't think so, what account are you talking about" Within moments, they hung up. I immediately called BOA b/c I KNOW that is not true. They verified that I had no overdue account.

can't call them i tried to and the number says that it has been disconnected.  i called my phone company and was told those kind of people can call out  but no one can call them.

Called about lowering my credit card rate. Didn't say what card. Scam! Will file with FTC since I am on the Do Not Call List for whatever good it will do.

Got a call from this number on Aug 14th.  Caller ID said it was Raymond Stevenson.  Have no idea who this person is.

They called and did not leave a message.   When I called the number, the message stated that the line was no longer in service!

Same as above, recorded message, and no one there.  I've had at least a call a week for a couple of months.  I'm going to the Do Not Call registry web site right now and reporting them (by number).  If more people report the number on the do not call web site, they will be fined if we are registered as a "do not call" number, which I have been for years.  Please report them!  I believe it's a 10,000 fine.  They are required to quiry the list every 3 months by law I believe.

These people found a way to bypass the DO NOT CALL LIST!! I should call them up when they are on vaction and are on do not disturb mode. Let's see how that feels...

Just before 9 pm tonight, I received a recorded call on my cell phone.  Woman's voice states that it is an important call regarding my credit card.  Assures there is no problem with the card but I must act immediately to get a lower interest rate on the card.  At that point in the message I hung up...no mention of what card company she represented, so I was immediately suspicious that it was a scam of some type.

Message left on recorder (woman's recorded voice) offering lower credit card rate and saying I must act now. No mention of who is calling, which credit card, or call back number. Press "1" to speak to someone or "2" to stop receiving calls. Am on Do Not Call list. Web search showed number is a 'land line' in Daytona Beach, Florida but no other details. Searches lead to Intelius site that offers details for a cost. Suspect a scam.

Does 800notes.com pass information from our postings to telephone company security departments, law enforcement, or a state's Consumer Affairs or Attorney General's office?

just recieved a call left no message, did not recognize the number so attempted to look up. I am on the do not call list so I wish they would stop.

They called and said something about my credit card.  I'm pretty sure it was a scam so I hung up.

This company has called me several times after being told in no uncertain terms that our numbe was to be taken off of thier calling list and NOT to be sold to another agency. Operator's refuse to put you on the line with a supervisor, and can offer no customer assistance, they hang up on you emmidiately if you request to speak with a supervisor or customer service.
I've registered with the national do not call list and will start monitoring this company and reporting them should they continue to call.

Answered; said to speak to someone about lowering interest rate on my credit card press one; the rep could not tell me what card they were talking about. She said they were Consumer Credit Card Services with over 600 credit cards. I said "no thanks"
