repeated calls and hang ups

they called 12 times in one day! They left a message once and it was blank! unbelievable.

I got a call from this number many times a day. When I pick it up there's no one on the other end.

Got a call from this number but no one on the phone when I answered. Called back and go a message that it was not a working phone number. I don't understand why these people are allowed to do this.

Hate this s***.  Call back it says its an unused number.  Answer it and no one talks.

It appears that the number is 'rented' out to hide call solicitations.

I just got a call from this number, but it was from the construction industry.

So, it appears if you see this number, any office may have access to it.

This number keeps calling and I can't call it back because it's "not assigned'. And it hangs up if I answer. What the heck?? So annoying!!!!!

You can also call Nomi Bergman who is the new CEO of Brighthouse. Her phone number is 315-438-4607 and her address is 5000 Campuswood Drive in East Syracuse, NY. Perhaps you victimized people in New York can ferret out her real home address and visit her at her home. That may finally stop the harassment.

Everyone that gets this should go file a complaint on the FCC site.  If enough people file complaints, whoever these a s s hats are will get majorly fined.

I have received a phone call Once a day for the past Three Days.  It's always right about 8:30pm.  It is really annoying considering they do not leave a message on my voice mail.  I looked it up on yellow pages.com says its a land line in Florida, the others are saying its Evergreen Sales, so much for being on the National Do Not Call List.

Evergreen Sales:  None of us called or emailed you to ADD us to your annoying call list...so why do we have to call or email you to stop harassing us?  WTF?!?

Receiving annoying calls from above number everyday. Wish to block

After reading other peoples comments,  I don't know these people nor do I owe money to anyone and would like to be off their call list. I am on DO NOT CALL but apparently that doesn't mean anything.  I have had this call several months ago.

this number is evergreen sales, a comcast affiliate or something, i know its in datona florida, and it seems to generate during events in datona, hmmmm.

I GOT ALREADY 2 PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, AND WHEN I CALL BACK, IT SAYS NOT ASSIGN, THE VERY FIRST TIME THEY CALLED AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER PERSON THAT WAS NOT ME, AND SAID SORRY FOR CALLING.... AFTER 5 MINUTES I CALLED THEM BECAUSE I WAS CURIOUS TO SEE WHO IT WAS, AND I GOT A RECORDING THAT SAID... "THIS NUMBER IS CURRENTLY NOT ASSIGNED"..... SO WEIRD.... BUT TODAY I WAS BUSY, SO I COULD NOT ANSWER, AND WHEN I CALLED BACK, THE SAME THING... "THIS NUMBER IS CURRENTLY NOT ASSIGNED".....

I DONT WANT TO BE BOTHER, I HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO DO TO BE BOTHER THIS WAY.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

they call continuously and it says evergreen sales.  if i answer they hang up.  i try calling back and it says the number is unassigned.

Update: This number has phoned every day for a week now, and you can never call it back.   Bloody annoying.

Why yes, yes you can.  And, if your # is on the do not call registry, REPORT THEM.  Because IF you happen to answer that phone when they are calling, that's all they want is to try to sell you more STUFF.

This is getting old! I have the same experiences as others here I am going to try to call back to a number that is similar and see if I can get a hold of someone there.

Called back and got a message "You've currently reached a number that is not assigned".

I am on a do not call list. I keep getting these calls from the above company and same number. If i dont answer the phone they leave no message. If i pickup, there is no one at the other end. Where is the FCC and what are they doing aout it. This is getting on my last nerve!

I keep getting calls from this number. Every time I answer they HANG UP on me without saying anything!  I called it back and all I got was a recording saying "this number has not been assigned yet". I looked the number up online and it says its from Florida, but who the hell knows.

If you can get someone to answer the number - This is Evergreen Sales on behalf of BrightHouse - tell them you are moving and will be in direct contact with the cable provider in the next few days. They will stop them from calling.

I am always harrassed on the phone by this Cie under the name of EVERGREEN Sales and it does
not matter the time during the day or night.

No message left and when I returned the call the number was "not assigned" and then hung up.

This number appears on my caller ID nearly every day. When I called the number I got a recording saying it was a number that was not assigned. Go figure. It identifies it as Evergreen. Who knows? But I am on the national do not call list so I do not appreciate it.

Keep get calls from 386-944-6100 no one there. I am on DO NOT CALL LIST.

3 days so far getting called with noone on the other end, i call the # back and it states the # is no longer in service. seems its located somewhere near daytona

Caller ID says Evergreen Sales. They call every evening at the same time, around 6:30 p.m. and no one is ever there when I answer.  I called the number back and their voicemail says (with a Southern accent), "You have reached a number that is currently not assigned." However, my caller ID says each time that it is from Evergreen Sales.  Do not know exactly who to report this to, but I am on the National Do Not Call list.
