They keep calling and never leave a message. Who is it?

i just received the same call the lady sounded Indian said my Husband qualified for a 1500 dollar lone she just needed to verify is work phone number

there is music in the background... sounds like someone calling from a club or restaurant.

Just got a phone call from this number.  I didn't answer it as I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognize.
