Called once last night. I picked up to a man with a very heavy Indian accent, clearly reading from a script. He told me that they were partnering with the U.S. Government and there were some important notes on my student loans. He wanted me to verify the last few digits of my SSN and then he would put me on with a manager. I kept digging at him asking if he was with the U.S. Government. He said yes at one point, recanted and then read the same lines from the script. I asked him why he had my file since he was not affiliated with my lender and he gave some random answer. I asked him if I could speak to his manager directly and he said yes, after I verify my info. I told him no, and I was not interested in consolidating my loans. He told me this wasn't consolidation...I then said goodnight and hung up.

I called back not 30 seconds later and the number claimed to be out of service. Very slick.

BE VERY GLAD THAT YOU HUNG UP....THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY GOOD AT TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ANY WAY THEY CAN.  WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL.

REPORT THEM   CONTACT A FRAUD CENTER...I JUST SAW THIS ONE ONE LINE TONIGHT BUT HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO THEM YET.  THE # IS 1-800 876-7060  OR ANY OTHER FRAUD REPORTING AGENCY YOU KNOW OF.

I intend to report them.  I also get calls from Fl. , RI, and they are relentless.  I am not putting up with this any longer.  I was shocked when I saw this web site...they are into everything. My calls relate to drugs.

I get 10 to 12 calls a day from this #....always trying to sell me drugs..mostly opiets....I have warned them that I am going to report them and that is exactly what I intend to do.
You should do the same.

Asian lady said her name was Jennifer ask if someone was there. I don't know who she was asking for, could not understand her.

Had two calls in the past week from the same sounding foreign (Indian?)male, but from different phone numbers, (401) 210 4081 and (239) 213 1290.

When I called the first number, in RI, the operator said the number was not in service; the second number, in FL, rang twice but the operator message was it is not a working number.

The caller said he was with a company that had retrived $895 that was fraudulantly taken from our account. He wanted the name of our bank and the account number. I asked that he mail me a letter explaining the situation. He said he could not until I gave him the bank info. I told him that he was a fraud and hung up.

This number has shown up 3 times on my CID I'm on the no call list..

They called me at 11:53 one night! I answered and all I heard was music. I was SOOOO ticked off!

I also recieved a call from this #401-210-4081 and I did not answer because I did not recognize the #- They left me a voicemail. A lady name "Shefee" (SP) left me a message to call back at 310-212-0400- I called from another phone and it is for a company named American Agency?? I talked to a Kacey and was asked for my first name- which I provided (they had my name already- as the voicemail indicated) and then asked for my last name which I would not give....they could not locate a reason why they called me- oh well- as long as it isn't a bill collector I don't care....

A women with a heavy Arabic accent answered the phone, unable to speak proper English. She stated my grandmother, a senior citizen, was eligible for a grant from the U.S Government for $5,000 (she stated "I'm from US Government and because your senior citizen and pay taxes you eligible for five thousand your dollar.") She said she was from the U.S Government. When asked to provide the name of the specific agency she worked for, she was unable to and just stated "U.S Government." When asked to speak with a manager, she put a male on the phone with the same accent, also unable to speak proper English. When asked to speak with a manager again, he put another male on the phone with an accent that was almost American, but not quite. They all yelled and stated "Just give me your Credit Card number!" When I stated I didn't have one, one person even told me "You're lying to me."

I hate these guys!!

We got several calls from this number starting at 5am, every fifteen minutes until we left for work!  When we answered it, it was a fax beep.  MAKE IT STOP!

They have called me 2 times and I don't answer..I call back and get a NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE..They just called back 2 minutes agofrom a 1-202-5
that was it just those numbers..I wonder where we can report this at..

This is a Voice Over IP number. I got a legitimate phone call from this number today, from a relative who is abroad. I bet it's just a portal for a VoIP service to access the US phone system cheaply.

A man called and asked for the homeowner- I asked what it was all about and he said that he was from American Mortgage.  When I told him that I am on the do not call list, he got beligerent and demanded a "registration number" - I then hung up.  There is a list of people on "Whocalledme.com" for this number too.

a man asked to speak to the home owners, so i hung up. he called back i picked up and hung up again he called back but this time i said what do you want? he said are you a human being i know where you live a said my address and then he said he was gonna blow up my house and a couple other un choice words, he then hung up on me and like the rest i called back but the number is not in service.... hummmmm

Whoever called(hubby answered the phone) asked if we wanted a new phone. he told them no and hung up. When I tried redialing the number, I got the message that the number was not in service.

I got a call from them about a half hour ago, I too did not answer, but when I called back, it was not a valid number UGH!!

I have received a call from this number twice and has not left a message. When you try to return this call you get a message saying that this number is not in service

This number called me twice yesterday. I did not answer as I was not home. The caller left no voice message.

A lady with an Asian accent said something about a free phone from Sprint.
