Same thing - e Payday loan

I seem to get these types of calls about the same time every year.  This is a scam.  I like to have a little fun with them.  When they told me they were going to contact my human resource department, I gave them the number and said go ahead, when they said they were going to be at my house that night to serve me, I told them to send someone cute and I would open the door naked.  I have to say it is pretty fun to get them all worked up while you (the one being harrassed) is calm.  I have them hanging up on me most of the time.  After awhile the calls stop...then the next year it all starts again.

Stop for a moment. How are wages garnished without a court case, before a Judge, who issues a judgement? Foreign criminals are calling Americas as they try to scam you out of money on fake loans.

Also said there is an alert to garnish my wages?

Does anyone recalll talking to a lady named Ms. Morris? Or Ms. Moore?

told me they would garnish my wages from an employer I haven't worked at in 5 years! or if I get any state assistance, they'll garnish that at 200%! Refused to give me the company name when I called them back, & wouldn't send me this so called bill in question either, because they think I can rig it to show I paid it! They told me just go to Walmart & do moneygram, I said if you don't give me YOUR information, how the hell do I send you anything?!?! Still refused to give me any information other than they were calling on behalf of attorney office! Told her I read online about them & she said it was lies!

Been receiving threatening phone calls from 1-402-223-3260 Provedence RI. Please help to stop further harassment.

I received a call from them today, with the same type of message that they would be contacting human resources department. This is their 3rd attempt to contact me. Reference a case#M30639.  I don't owe anybody and im not calling back.  The number registered on my phone from Rhode Island but say they are calling from a processing center.  It sounds like a scam using a voice recorded system.  I wont call back just because they are always rude and wont let you talk but if you say you will pay them money they get quiet and cooperative.

So this number keeps calling me says its from a loan in 2007 tells me I have two warrants for my a rest  how do I stop this number from calling me

Yes, got the exact same message today about the fraud charges. TOTAL SCAM - do not call them back.

They also called a few days ago claiming to be with the police and that they had found my car abandoned and wanted to know if I'd be having it towed soon.

Whenever you get a weird message from an unknown caller ID, just check this website. You'll most likely find them listed here.

There is no person by that name at our number and they will not stop calling after several requests.

Just got a call from these a holes in the recording they say my father's name....my father has been dead since 2006 wtf! This is getting personal do not give these scum the time of day I am seriously considering changing my number now.

Received a call from this number but wanting me to call back on 401-223-3360 prior to filing charges.. Stating that charges were being filed for fraud, 2 counts and once they were filed that there was nothing that they could do, that my rights would be forfeited.  Said they were processing summons divisions . Some were robot and some regular voice.

I'm getting calls from this company on my personal work number that is not listed...isn't even for me!  Sad part is I'm getting the exact same message for me on my personal cell as well--this is a phishing scam!

I want to also report that this number has been calling repeatedly as well. 4012233260. I have received this call for the last few weeks and they have said the same thing over and over about i will forfeit my right to a attorney if I don't take care of this matter. The funny thing that made me laugh rather then scared was that they said " U can take care of this matter if u call today and deal with this matter.. This is a total scam because any time u r going to be served by the courts they will deliver the paper work anytime they please, and if people were gonna call ur work then ur actual work place would notify you as well..

this number calles my husband everyday telling him hes in trouble for a payday loan. They threaten him that he is being served with papers if he doesnt pay by phone right away. they have yet to "serve" papers and wont provide any info on their company name. This loan was discharged in bankruptcy and they tell him they dont care they have proof that we did this so called transaction after the bankruptcy and still dont provide the proof.
how are these people allowed to even run a business like this? Now that i have found these complaints i will starting using the information listed to fight back! Thank you ...

Same company that called me before from a different number telling me I had a payday loan from over 6 years ago.  Called them back and told them to sue me and then called back and got the info from them on what they had and told them would pay the company that the debt was owed to and never got the info kept saying that I have to pay them, then told him my lawyer was on the other end and he hung up on me.  It is a scam the company is out of Montana or Wyoming.  I have reported them to the ftc and I did block my number, but I know in another week they will call me from another number and try it again.  

I HAVE RECIEVED OVER 15 CALLS FROM THEM. NOW THEY ARE CONTINUALLY CALLING MY WORK NUMBER. NOT COOL. WHEN I TRY TO CALL IT BACK THEY PUT ME ON HOLD.

I got that call just now, no worries it is a scam!!! I got one last week from another number, when you get these calls goole the phone number, youll see many complaints.

I have received calls from this number and others with similar messages.  Once I got into a shouting match.  I declared Chapter 13 in 2010 and discharged it in April 2013 so even if this is a legitimate debt (which it isn't), they can not bother me with it.  I called the number back and told the extremely unprofessionl guy that answered the phone to take my number off of their list.  He said "take you number off my list?"  I said yes; that I had filed for bankruptcy and discharged it already.  He said "thats ok; I'm pretty sure they can research that if they want to.  I'll take your number off my list"  I don't think he cared about the bankruptcy.  Just ask these callers to take your name off their list as though they are telemarketers.  It seems to do the trick.

i recevied the same phone calls  like this everyday sometime 5 times of day.

these people gave called me 2x's around the same time.
its a scam...they dont have any info on me..
i dont even have a bank account to get a loan...
dumb a***s..they are trying to get money outta of you people

the following number 401-223-3260 from Providence RI has called our landline at 730pm for the past week leaving the same sort of message, trying to obtain information to collect a debt. The most of the message is a man or womans voice and a computerized "case number". it is all prerecorded. We had a police officer listen to the message, it is not legit and we were told just try to ignore it. When he tried to track it only received a mailbox is full message. we have been unable to reach a person to obtain any info from them. We did play the message on the air with our local radio station so share the experience and vent our "negative words"

Yes i have today it has to be a scam.. They called asking for my address so they can serve me papers.. Real warrants cops just show up at your house no warning...

Well they seem to be making the calls today. Just got one not 2 min ago. I think it's about time to change my home phone number.

They called me from this number with the same message as other times. This is an attempt to collect a debt, they use my full name, and say that they are a 3rd party collection agency for a payday cash advance .  I have not done a cash advance in over 7 years. They said that I would be summoned to appear in court for a bad debt. I did not return their computerized call.
This has happened at this time every year with the same basic thing for the past 3 years. I paid them once (thinking that it was legit and that my daughter had used my old account), the second time, I contacted our local DA, and was told that it was a scam and to forget about it. That time they called me back and I told them that I had spoken to the District Attorney, and they said that I should see a different lawyer. I tried to explain to the girl that he was not a lawyer, and she didn't understand what a DA was. Then I told her if they persisted that I would sue them. I just hate these calls and wish that they would be stopped!

Do not call them back it is a scam!!!
