He knew my name and address beforehand when he called.
Then I asked point blank if he was a telemarketer and he responded "no". So not only a telemarketer who calls numbers on the Do Not Call list, but also a liar.

Caller said "you have been selected to receive a home security system" I just received a robocall from a different number last night! Scammers... I think they try to find out if you have security for nefarious reasons!
Had to delete some blocked numbers to fit this one in.
It matters not that you are on do not call anymore.
