They Identify themselves as RIFOP after listening to a rant that was mixed recorded and live they are an organization that is collecting money for the "R.I.F.O.P." when I asked how much was going to the FOP he carefully spun a few words but could not elude the truth a measly 27%.
Is this company exempt from the National Do Not Call list?
I have registered three times over the last five years.

This phone number is calling to do fund raising for the Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police. I have called the number. It directs you to a customer service department that can answer questions, help you donate, or anything else related to the FOP. Also, there?s information on www.ristatefop.com, you can contact them there with any questions or requests.
The FOP is doing a lot of really great things for Rhode Island police officers and the people that call are trying to help them raise money so they can do even more good.

This number is the Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police. They called me and asked for a donation.
