I've been getting phone calls from this # after calling a relative in RI.  When I pick up there is no response.  When I call the # back a machine picks up and says "Thank you for calling, we apologize for any inconvenience , if you would like to be added to our do not call list please press any key now."  If you press nothing it says "We cannot continue without a valid entry, goodbye." If you go to white pages.com you can see the house where the call is being placed from on Greenwich W.  near Seths way and Nooseneck Hill Rd.

i got a call from that number aswell but i didnt answer it because i don't know anyone with that number, and i dont want to return the call because its a long distance call.

I have been receiving calls from this number for a while now.  At this time I don't bother picking up anymore!!  When I did answer they would just hang up and when I call back they tell you if you want to get off their list to press any key and then nothing happens.

I have received calls from this number as well. Just to be sure, you might want to register your number at ftc.gov on the Do Not Call Registry.

I am already on the Do Not Call Registry.  Warren answered the phone and tried to explain that if I had more than 8,000 in debt, they could help me.  I told him I was more interested in why they called me if I'm on the Do Not Call list.  He said it was an automatic caller, and added politely if I didn't like it to not answer the phone.  I said that if it is a /Do Not Call/ list, then they should not /call/ me.  Warren said he couldn't help me beyond that.  He is using excuses to make excuses for their law-breaking.

I saw a missd call and called back. Auto recording said "We apologize for the inconvenience, if you would like to be place on our DNC list, press any keep now". Hung up.

This is so obnoxious.  we get tons of these annoying recorded calls at our office. why can't they call once and give up?  Grrr.

Got a call from this number at midnight. When I called back, got strange message.

Another missdialed phone call, I think not - It is another unwanted autodialer calling cell phones...

Also:
Some states permit you to file law suits in state court against persons or entities violating the do-not-call rules. You may be awarded $500 in damages or actual monetary loss, whichever is greater. The amount may be tripled if you are able to show that the caller violated the rules willfully and knowingly. Filing a complaint with the FCC does not prevent you from also bringing a suit in state court.

States also can bring a civil law suit against any person or entity that engages in a pattern or practice of violating the TCPA or FCC rules. You can contact your state Attorney General?s office or consumer protection agency with particular complaints, or to encourage such suits.
