repeated calls on caller I.D.

Called me yesterday and sounded sketchy.

Received a call today as well but no message was left.

Hung up on voice mail, no doubt a telemarketer.

They never leave a message ~ # is a cell phone in the RI area. I've called it back and it does not accept incoming call or you cannot even leave a message

Its a Romanian phone number because it comes up on my worldphone as +40

Got a call tonight 3/3/10  @ 7:15pm.  My sister answered asked if she could help they said no will try later.  I don't think so.

I received a call from someone asking for "Susan" - when I asked who was calling they hung up

They called @ 3:50pm. It was an unsolicited fax handshake signal. I hung-up so my fax could pick-up the line and the calling party hung up. this is probably being sent by a computer-not a real person and the number is probably "spoofed". With the proper software, caller id can be made to show ANY name or number. I get fax "spam" often-selling stock,vacation packages,costa rica property, ect. Theyb dial all phone #'s sequentially, ie: 865 544-0001,0002,0003, all the way up to 865 544-9999. so they get everone unlisted and unpublished. when you answer the phone they know that # is "good" and they call back over and over and sell their list to others who call you too. Don't answer. Eventually they will stop calling.

Calls almost daily. I use a blacklist caller ID box to stop these calls from ringing thru, so I don't know what they want. Another web list said this number was a bill collector using a spoofed caller ID.
