I got a call from this # and they didn't leave a message so I called the # back and got an automated answering service saying that they represented all the major magazine companys and to press 1 if I wanted to talk to a costomer service rep.

I answered and it was in regards to a magazine subscription i had purchased 6 years ago in which i paid for right away (14 months of payments) and received 5 or 6 years of magazines from multiple places (espn, mens fitness, usweekly, etc). after verifying that it was me by address, name, etc they transfered me to someone else who tried telling me i owed another 36 months of payments for magazines. They wanted to know if the card they had on record was still open(it's not). i informed them i have the paperwork showing all of my "debt" had been paid to them and i will not pay another dime. they said something like "okay here's our customer service number, 1-800-???-???? if you have any questions call us" and they hung up.
