called 4-5 times a day for the last week

I'm in SoCal, no business with whoever this is and on the no call list.

Hope these folks rot in hell.

Calling every day.  ID indicates Home Valley, RI.  Don't know who this is.  Leave no message.

These dirt bags keep calling my cell phone, a number already on the do NOT call list, a list they seem to believe is something that doesn’t apply to them ... I know we've NEVER had any business or other relations with them.  Makes one wish a few thousand of us had their personal HOME numbers so we could ALL blowup their phone lines the same way they do others (Not that that would actually make us any better than them … but … I’d bet it sure would feel good, right?).  I too am getting calls from them at an average of 3 or 4 times a day ... they never leave a message.  Seems like the intent of these callers is simply to aggravate and piss us off.  Don’t know about ya’ll, but I for one would love to see them get a righteous fine … heard its like, $10,000 PER call not when solicitors don't scrub their list against the “do not call list”.  Only problem there would be, another house in foreclosure … lol

It is definitely not the publishing company, it is a credit card scam! What a mess.

I received 20 calls over a three day time period from this number saying they were Glamour Magazine offering me a deal, which was particularly strange because I had just let this subsciption go. I picked up the third time thinking it might just be someone I don't know trying to get in touch with me but then immediately hung up after realizing it is a telemarketer. Then I called back and put my number on the do not call. They then called my phone 20 more times and I finally picked up and started getting really snippy with the girl and of course she hung up, and now suprise surprise, the number is disconnected. I contacted Glamour and they do not even have my telephone number on file, which I probably should have realized but it is a total scam.

caller asks for my name, but is calling my husband's cell phone which is on the no call registry. The call is regarding renwal of Allure magazine which I always renew via the publisher by mail. They said they have my husband's # as the contact # for my account which if odd since I have NEVER given his cell # to anyone. Who can we file a  formal complaint with?

I keep getting calls from 401-491-1452, Hope Valley RI too.  Often at odd times.  We're on the do not call list but they still keep calling.  Since we monitor our caller-id before we answer, none of the calls were answered.

This number keeps calling and will not honor request to remove us from their list.

Every day 5 or 6 call, please stop!!!

They called just now wanting to know if I was getting my OK magazine on time.  I get these calls ALL THE TIME from everywhere!  This one was from Hope Valley, RI.  They wanted to offer my a discount etc.  They are not connected with these magazines.  Its all just a scam to get your CC info.  They will probably say they need you to confirm your cc#.  I've dealt with so many of these magazine scammers.  Bottom line is to NEVER EVER give your CC over the phone.  Tell them you'd like to see everything in writing before you pay anything.  If they are scammers then they will probably hang up or agree to it and then quickly get off the phone.  They all sound pretty convincing b/c they have the scam down pat.  Just be careful.

6 weeks ago I got an average 4 calls per day on my work cell phone. When I answered they hung up on me or stayed on the line and didn't say a word. I told them to stop calling and they started calling more frequently. This went on for 2 wks before the calls stopped. Now they are calling again, twice so far today! My number is on the do not call registry.

If you have or have had a subscription to any magazine within the last year, more than likely this is who has been calling you. I received this call yesterday, 05/05/11, and the telemarket wanted to offer me a special rate of only .99 cents/ $35 an issue on my Allure magazine for 36 issues. I have just renwed my subscripton for Allure a week ago for only $18 for 24 issues and I told the telemarketer that. He was confused and dumfounded.

Whether or not this company is directly connected to the publisher I do not know. But their rates are a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

I have received calls from this number and I am on the do not call list.

Yesterday I received over 10 calls from this number. They just keep calling, and never leave a message. I picked up once a few days ago, and it was to get me to do a subscription, and I told them I was NOT interested. I have not answered since, as I recognize the number. They won't stop calling though---very annoying.

It would not be from Handyman magazine as they are located in Minnesota.

I am on the do not call list as well as my number is unlisted. This place calls us about 10 times a day.

A few months ago I was getting calls from this number, they stopped and now it has started again.  Normally I see the number and don't answer.  The last time I did, they asked for some unknown person, I immediately hung up

they wanted us to subscribe to OK magazine and even after telling them no.  they still call at least 3x a day!  Very annoying.

5 calls from this number,  no message left.  I will block this number.  Then report it to the fcc.

I normally don't post on these but look up numbers when the calls continue to come in.  I have a Panasonic phone that blocks calls, but the first ring goes through.  I shouldn't care since they're blocked, but it still irks me that I spend 10 hours at work & 2 hours in traffic, so with little precious time at home, I hate to get bugged by telemarketers.  Calling me 7 times in a span of 2 days is not going to get me to buy your magazine.  If I knew specifically which one it was, I'd be sure to NEVER buy it again.  I wouldn't even take it for free.

Has called about every 2 or 3 hours. I never answer calls I don't recognize,much less those that do not leave a message. Once,on accident I'd imagine, the person calling stayed on the phone after the beep for the answering machine and all I heard was some type of rock music going on in the background. Someone must be a little too bored for their own good. I filed a complaint so hopefully someone will put a stop to it.
