Calling my cell phone constantly..it's ADT, wanting to sell a home security system.

I think they are just automatically dialing every number for a given exchange.  I got one this morning and have had one every few days for the past couple of weeks.

I also wonder where they got my phone number.  Federal Government cell phone, and they keep calling it.

Well they are still at it even with all the complaints. I have received at least one a day for the last 3 weeks.
I too have pressed a "digit" to be removed from their list and called the # but get nowhere.
I an a senior citizen ( pushing the 80 mark) and got the free government phone to use in an emergency.
I have given NO ONE the # because I didn't want any calls while driving or when I am in bed etc.
I don't think I can block on this phone but will try to find out as I am sick of it.

Its weird these numbers have called my husband cellphone as well shortly after calling me.

I been getting the same thing. I call and the signal is busy and tried so many times. I get the call from 5621445 & 5621448

this is rediculas i always get random numbers but really this not normal

They managed to get a hold of my cell phone number; called, left no message.  I called back and got an immediate message that said "Press any number to be removed from this distribution".  I pressed a number and was immediately disconnected.  Obviously a scam - someone needs to figure out how to stop this nonsense!

Selling security systems.  

Filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry  (www.donotcall.gov)  

Recorded voice telling me that there's been a rise in crime around my neighborhood and that my number was given to them by a somebody who knows me. Free security system.

Yeah right. I hope nobody is scammed with this - calls like this make me nervous that the elderly will fall for the scam.

They called my business cell 24 hr emergency line. Total morons. I wish I had enough patience to sit through the call & waste
their time. Next call I hope I can get them to come over and see my security system. He or she would never call anyone again
offering useless systems. Mine works fine but may be lethal. Pay me a visit, please! Also I have been tying up the line calling
them until I get a person to answer (been 30 min so far, now that I'm up what the hey!) *67 call them as often as you can, I
will be calling all day today until I get through to them. and tomorrow and Saturday and sunday and all next week.

Called reporting a rise in local break-ins and advertised free installation of a home security system. Reported to FCC.

I"m in RI like many of the others posting here, but I don't think this call is actually coming from RI, I believe it's a spoofed number.... these calls are coming from VOIP line and they can make show up on caller ID whatever area code and ph. number they want

anyhow, being on the DO NOT CALL list doesn't mean squadooosh to these people, and sitting through their message so you can "press 9" or "press any digit" to be removed from their list doesn't mean anything to them either, as I've done this several times but they just keep calling

one day I pressed the digit to talk to somebody as if I was interested, once I got a guy on the line I told him I've gotten dozens of calls from them and that i have no intention of ever buying anything so why waste your systems limited time chasing a known no-sale....

when I told him that I've gone through their system following their instruction to be removed from their list probably 30 times in the last 2 months, his reply was, "well, now you've done it 31 times" and hung up on me

this company is a bottom dwelling sh*thole of dubious dealings, complete disregard for any and all laws, regulations, or common decency... and as far as I'm concerned the people that work for them are of the same lot, they don't give a rats azz that you're being subjected to inordinate amounts of calls, or that they're calling your business line, or cell phone, or calling you several times in the same day to the point of becoming a complete nuisance, and even crossing over into harassment

any person there could take 2 funking seconds and ACTUALLY REMOVE your ph number from their lists, but they just don't give a sh*t, all anyone there is interested in is making a dollar by tricking the random morons and trusting old people that actually fall for their bs scam and get a "free" security system ... (which I'm sure ends up costing hundreds along with bloated ongoing monthly "monitoring" fees)

They give some stats to GET your attention. If you are using iOS 7 in the iphone, You can block this number/caller.
If your phone is in DONTCALLLIST, they must not call you...!

I got one today as well, not the first time.

I just got a call from this number with a recorded message asking to put a security system in my house for free.  I hung up.  I only answered because it was 401 area code -- my state.  I am on the Do Not Call list.

Just got a blocked call from this one. I'm blocking it permanently now.

Don't bother - the AG's office can't do jack about this.

Keep getting a call from this number every few days and it is annoying

They called and hung up before the first ring finished then called again a min later. I didnt no the number so let go to voicemail. No message. The same number called my fiance shortly after.. weird.

They keep calling me at the same time of the day and they leave no message...
