these calls are coming from an outsourced company working for Verizon online (dsl), call Verizon and complain!

when this number calls me they hang up and when I call the number back, i get the operator saying that the number is no longer in service.  they've called like 5 times.

call came in from 401-910-0625 called over 30times in one day

I have been getting calls from 401-910-0625 for a couple weeks now almost once a day.  On Dec. 18th the number called 7 times within a couple hours.

Called twice today. I said hello no response on the other end either time.

Verizon dsl checking in 3 months later making sure modem was recived and trying to sell optional service crap

These idiots are calling me at like 9 at night.  I am calling Verizon tomorrow.  I received another call from another company claiming that they were the distribution center for Verizon DSL, I hung up on them too.  How are they getting our numbers?

this number called me several times and when I pick up, no one answers.

Daily phone calls, sometimes multiple times a day.

Has been giving me 3 ring calls.  Then asked for me claiming to be Verizon.  Creepy female voice. Rhode Island.  Land line.

This person has been calling me and actually knew my name and claimed to be verizon.  I think they trying to get private information out of us!  Creepy female voice 9:00 PM February 3rd 9:00 pm.  I would like to kick some butt!

I also had the same problem with this number! Thanks to this website, I was able to find out who was calling! I called and I am now on the do not call list for verizon.
Hopefully, the calls will stop!

Calls repeatedly!

same problem, same number, been calling since we switched to verizon??????? anwsered last night and they sung to us....

Verizon - checking to see if high-speed Internet working OK.

I called 800-518-5507 to be put on Verizon's do not call list, but the automated system hung up on me.

We're getting the same call as everyone else.  My wife stayed on the line and actually talked with a woman and it was in regards to our high speed internet.  We were about to leave so I didn't talk to them, but this is getting really annoying.  4 to 5 phone calls a day is a bit much.  How about leaving a message!?

called my number too and it is reported that it is an invalid number. this should be investigated don't you think? this number should be assigned to something--someone.

Just got the call about 5 minutes ago and a person said Hello twice in a faked high pitch voice.

We just got the call right now and it's been calling for the last few days.  First time there was nothing but silence.  This time someone was just saying "Hello" in a high voice.

It's Verizon. They called me repeatedly then I answered. It was them trying to push their Sercurity Service off on me.

I asked him why he did not leave a message on previous calls and just gave the direct number To Verizon 1-866-978-1142 as when you call the RHODE ISLAND 1-401-910-0625 number you get a "cant complete the number as dialed"

These calls are supposedly from Verizon Inbound Sales.  I called Verizon Executive Office and spoke to a person who looks into harassment calls.  She Said I was the first complaint she received and she was unaware of these calls.  I gave her the number and the Caller ID info, and she said I would be contacted by an investigator within 48 hours.  The number to report these calls is 1-800-483-5288.  Let's all call and put an end to this nonsense!  Good luck to all!

I was able to reach the number about an hour ago,  A recording identifies this as the Verizon Inside Sales line.  A rep told me I had to request to be put on the Verizon Sales Do Not Call list.  We just got DSL 2 weeks ago also!

When I called this number back, a recording said I had reached Verizon's Sales line.  I waited for a rep and was told I had to go on the Verizon do not call for sales list!  So I found it intriguing that Verizon is trying to sell you a call blocking service.  Sounds very strange to me.  What do you think?

you can find out through intellius online it costs about 6.00 to do it.

i did just get dsl service from verizon about 2 weeks ago. how did you find out it was them? please respond and let me know. if it is verizon i will shut down all service from them now!!!!!!!

I am getting calls from this number nonstop, and it hangs up on me. How can I get it to stop?
