Debi, My text message offered me $1,000. per week.  This is obviously a case of gender discrimination.
Seriously, they must find a few dummies who reply to their texts. Not us, huh?

SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    
I've been rec'ving harrassing calls from this number practically every day. This morning (a SUNDAY !!!), I rec'ved it at 9:19 AM !!!. Caller  ID shows it as a call from Mikila Rodgers. Recorded message: work at home, earning big $$$, etc. I Googled the name & number and as someone correctly posted earlier, the number goes to Nebraska. She's in Linkedin and her employer is: First National Bank of Omaha. Yes, as in NEBRASKA.  (You can easily double-check my work)
Best thing is to file a complaint wit the National Do Not Call Registry @ https://www.donotcall.gov
Don't forget her name in the complaint. Considering "ahem" the effectiveness of the prior or even calling back the #:
One may try to contact her through her employer's phone number. While calling maybe even tell her employer:
How she PROUDLY displays her employers name in LinkedIn (again, that is the First National Bank of Omaha) and maybe, just maybe, giving people the misconception that the bank is in the same genetic ceaspool as a robocaller.
ENOUGH PEOPLE CALL THE BANK (AS OFTEN AS THEY REC'VED THE CALL) AND MAYBE....  
Sure these may sound like mean-spirited tactics but it's time to fight back!!
Even if you don't answer the call, after ignoring a few of them your attitude begins to sour when you see an unknown name on the caller ID.

I received a call from this number on my landline at 7:30 am, with a recording stating I received a text message from 402 210 3960. I listened and it was about working from home, earning $900 a week. It gave website, but was not understandable. I called the number back which is a Sprint voice mailbox but mailbox was full.

i get at least 2 calls a day from this number about resume being accepted. and yes, i agree its from posting on cl for jobs. and of course, its unable to be blocked. what bs.

getting various texts from this number. one saying that my resume has been accepted. another that the company is hiring online support agents, and yet another one about new reps working from home. All texts direct to website www.workcallbacks.com and promised $1000 per week.

How can I block this number? I've sent all of these texts to tmobile 7726 but im still getting them

Just recieved the same txt. $1000/wk with the web address. But different from most of the post on here, i have not put in a job post on craigs list or anyother post for anything on any website. Ive held down the same job for 2 1/2 years, so i dont know where they got my number from at all. Best way to get rid of these calls and txt is to call your phone service provider and have them block the number.

Wow, I keep getting phone calls from this person named Mikila Rodgers. I must have received 3 calls from "her" in one week. Each time I call back her cell phone says "Sorry, that mail box is full". OH SURE, keep it full so you don't have to hear the voices of people wanting to tell you to get a damn life and stop calling us. "She" always seems to call me when I'm not home (yes, I have a landline). I do believe this is one of those automated phone calls from a machine. And I'm 99% sure it is due to me putting up an ad on Craigslist that I am looking for work. I keep those craiglists ad very short to I don't get those stupid "work from home and earn (I mean steal) $7K a month" crap phone calls. If you get those people calling, run away from them.  So, if you have an ad on Craigslist, you may be getting several phone calls from "her". . .and who knows when the phone calls will stop? Perhaps when she dies? Oh, the number is from Nebraska, so who would be calling me for a job over there, when I live in Southern California??? this person must think I'm stupid.

Had the same experience as the two above posters about submitting a resume. Looked them up on IP lookups and the website www.workcallbacks.com is in TX and the other site www.dailyincomejobs.com, is in AZ. Having submitted resumes recently for job search this is most bothersome... comes from craigslist where I posted job ads.

Claimed that my resume had been accepted.  Not sure what they are referencing, but they were told they will be reported as spam and that they need to stop contacting me! They listed a "website" to go to as www.workcallbacks.com which is probably some porn site or some such crap.

I get a message from this number daily.It is a computerized messgae saying that they have receivedmy resume. Problem is,I have not submitted any. They give a website to look at but the digital message is sopoor I cannot make out the website address.
