Got a call from the number 402-318-7086 by the name of Kevin Miller he stated I needed to call him back about a payday loan. I sick if these calls & I know this is a scam. I guess I'll get in touch with my attorney generals office. Also, he sounded like he was from India.

Yeah they just told me they were coming to arrest me for a payday loan I don't have

Called me today also....he has called before...cussed him out in Indian and even threw in some dirty mama jokes....pissed him off totally....reported # to the FTC again...you can really have fun with this guy...lol

I got a call 3/17/14 from this number 402-318-7086 by the name dwayne mcarry he states he is from a law firm call boucher law firm he had and india voice I could barely understand him he kept telling me to get a lawyer because they were gonna come an arrest me for a pay day loan i had.  So i asked him for his address phone numbers, case number, payday loan company information and told me he couldnt give me that information.  Kinda of got mad because he new the last four digits of my ss, new my place of employment, bank name and address.. I hate when I get this freaking calls.  What can we do about this calls? I am so tired!!!!!!!!!!!they call every 30 minutes...

Is their anyway to get your money back? I felt for the stupid scam.

This is a DOT HEAD SCAM OUT OF INDIA.  They called me at my office too, and when I told the DOT HEAD W***E THAT THREATENED MY JOB THAT I KNOW SHE IS A BI*** AND THIS IS A SCAM, SHE HUNG UP ON ME- however, next door to us, is a FBI office and my employer, who records all calls anyway, had them put a trace on my phone.  

EXTREMELY RUDE STATING I TOOK OUT A PAYDAY CLEARLY INCORRECT SINCE IM A FULL TIME STUDENT AND UNEMPLOYED WHICH THEN I REQUEST FOR THE INFORMATION TIME LOCATION AND CHECKING ACCT NUMBER THEN HE STARTED CALLING MY A F**GOT CRIMINAL BUT I INFORMED HIM ALL CALLS ARE SCENED AND RECORDED FOR HARRASMENT THANK YOU SPRINT!

I called them back and got through and told them to quit calling me. They said the sheriff will be here to arrest me and I said yes I know you have been calling me and telling me that for years and still nothing so please quit you are annoying and they hang up.  How do I get them to stop this is stupid.

had a phone fight with him and he sure was fighting back.. since I had already read all these reports on this number. I told u want my bank info , or would u prefer a prepaid card number . he hung up.. I called back they picked up and hung up!!!!

Says there is a suit filed against me.  I told him (from India, of course), there is no law suit.  It is a scam.  I am an attorney in the Indianapolis area.  He hung up.  A***oles!!!  I hate these guys.  They are chicken s***.  If you call them on it, they hang up.  I call them back many, many times; and their phone is busy.  Hmmm!  Go figure.

a guy named Andy Parker called me and left a voicemail to me saying I have to get back with him it's very important. I called back and a thick accented indian woman answered the phone and said is this _____(insert my name) and told me my full social security number and my place of employment. I said how did you get that information? She said there was a case against me, I'm doing something fraudulent and they were going to have the police come to my home. I said this is fake ain't no indian guy named Andy Parker and I never did anything fraudulent in my life. I said after we get off the phone, I'll call the police she got upset and said "we have police come after you!" and told me to call back later because they're real and hung up on me. I called back immediately and said so nicely please let me speak to Andy, she said ok. Andy, another thick accented indian, got on the phone and said they had a case against me. Didn't go into detail as to what it was said police would show up at my door , I said okay, you're fake and I'm contacting the FBI after we get off of the phone. He said we will have police at your door! And hung up on me. So fake! I then contacted FBI, they gave me FTCs phone number and I spoke with my company that protects my ss# in possible theft of it. They said this company has many complaints against them and gives harassing phone calls and is fake.

Harassing phone calls to my home and work threatening me saying if they don't hear from my lawyer then something bad will happen to me. Didn't leave a name.

just got a  call from this number claiming to be a man named austin and was from a law firm. I told him I would not verify any information over the phone and he will have to send me the info by mail. Said he would have the police her in the morning to serve me my papers and have me arrested. I do not have any unpaid loans and do not like the fact that these people are allowed to get away with these scams, I will report this to the ftc.

I got the same thing.  Kept telling me they were going to have me arrested.  I told her to stop calling and they called at work.  I told them to stop calling again and when they said they were going to have me arrested (again), I said that's hilarious and she hung up.  

This number has been calling me for the past two weeks and when I asked for the address and said I was gonna file them with the FTC, she cursed at me and told me to file my mothers a**. Thought it was funny. I then replied, I thought so, and hung up.

I am glad to know I am not the only one today. He called me at work and I told him it was not o.k. for them to call me at work. He calls my cell phone, I do not answer and he calls my work again.

Told me they are from a law firm handling a case against me.  I told them they were a scam and hung up. Gentleman called me back and told me that the police were coming to arrest me and then hung up..  

These stupid people spend all day long calling you but never leave a message.   I guess they are just bored to death
