Metro Credit Union sent out notices saying that is MOST DEFINITELY a text messaging scam.  They are scamming members and non-members, anyone whose cell # they can get.  Don't call the number in the text, and don't give out any personal or credit card info.  The bank already has all that information anyway.  Best thing to avoid scams like these, don't give out any info like that over the phone.  If you're having an issue, just drive to your bank and speak with someone in person.

I too got the same text 10 minutes ago.  I have no account with Metro Health Services FCU.  I googled the company and all their local numbers begin 402-551-####. I'm going to report the text as spam to my service provider.

Also got a text from number stating - "CREDIT UNION SERVICES - Your CARD has been LOCK.  Please call CREDIT UNION SERVICES at 402-321-5284. Do not have a credit union. Tried calling number back and it goes to a full voice mailbox.

Also, no card of mine starts with those numbers. I dunno how they got my number or those, but I'm none too pleased that they did though.

My text message: "|Metro Health Services F.C.U.| Your CARD starting with 440336 has been LOCK. Please call Metro Health Services F.C.U. at 402-321-5284." Best to just block the number. It's more than likely a scam.

I also received a text message from this number 402-321-5284 - stating "CREDIT UNION SERVICES - Your CARD has been LOCK.  Please call CREDIT UNION SERVICES at 402-321-5284.  I didn't respond as I figured its a scam since I dont have a credit union bank account.  

Received text message on my cell phone from 402-321-5284.  It says "Your CARD has been LOCK.  Please call CREDIT UNION SERVICES at 402-341-5284."  The english isn't quite perfect.  I don't have any accounts with a Credit Union.  I assume it's some type of scam/spam/sales message.  

Got a text message from 402-321-5284 on  my cell that my credit card had been locked ? Have no idea what gives with this
