I keep getting calls as well, and I used to work there and took myself off the do not call list.  And guess what I keep getting calls.  They treat their employees like they treat thier customers.  Do not care and do not listen to any one.  Worse place to work and buy from.

Happened to be ON THIS SITE the second this number came up on my phone. Yes I did too order from Oriental Trader. Just searched it, picked up and said "TAKE ME OFF THE LIST" and hung up.

I got this call from Oriental Trading also, saying I needed to call back regarding an invoice.... except I haven't ordered anything from OT in at least 5 years!

I received a few telemarketing calls from this number.  I ordered from Oriental Trading in the past for a work event.  They contacted my on my office line which is completely inappropriate.

I received a call from them. Oriental Trading Company. They were calling me back because I had an ingredient question about one of their products. Here's the kicker. I made the initial phonecall like, 5 years ago, maybe even MORE. What a joke...

I called to ask them a question... so when they are calling back, it's a legitimate return call - however, they still never leave a message.  I ended up calling and leaving a message saying "please reply to me by mail" -- If I am at work, it's hard to always grab my cell phone - so if they would actually leave a message - I could call them and work it out.  It's the NON-message that bugs me.  It makes me wonder why they do that - especially when I said, I called and left them a message - so it's not unwanted - but at work, when a random number shows up with no caller ID and no voice mail - I can't just grab it.  I think they need a better system.  And if you do "random survey's" maybe they should different number for serious inquiries ... from all the responses here, I would never have guessed that it was someone actually returning my serious call.  Sorry now I couldn't pick it up - but even sorrier that they couldn't be courteous enough to leave a message...

ID said NEBRASKA. Based on what I read here, if I knew it was Oriental Trading I would have answered. They are a very nice company we have been buying from for years, multiple times a year for our organization. Never dealt with such a nice company. I mean these people are really very nice.

This number called, I didnt answer but they left a voicemail. It was oriental trading company. I placed a large order with them last summer and they were calling me to offer me a discount code in hopes that I would place another order this year. Though I dont like unwanted calls, it was a good offer and I appreciate the thought. They do have my email on file however and I would have far preferred that then a call from an unknown number

I work for Oriental Trading Co here in Omaha, NE.  We do call people but usually it is for a quick, and I mean seriously quick survey call about your last order.  Typical survey is like 5-10 questions and we then send you a $10 merchandise certificate as a "thank you" for your time.  These merchandise certificates can be used with any of our Keycodes that offer free shipping, discounts etc.

We have a firm policy on unwanted calls and emails and will happily remove you from our calling list, our mailing list, or our email list at your request.

I too just received a call on my work number and they hung up on my voicemail. I do not want telemarketing calls on my work nor home number. Their 3 emails a day is enough.
