Called with no message. Card services scam.

Calls while am at work though??..really?...what legal procedure is done over the phone??....

This is a total scam!! They want money to fix your computer; or get access to your computer by remoting into it.  Do not fall prey to them or give them any personal information or let them get on your computer!!

They called - asked for the owner by his first name only - I asked who was calling? Was told Matt Murphy - I asked who he was with and Mr. Murphy hung up on me! Looks like he'll never get thru to anyone EVER!

The number was on my caller ID. I never  pick up on an unknown number. i WILL now add this number to my junk group.

Got a call saying they were from Publishers Clearing House and I had won a car and $500,000. Told them I doubted it because I had not entered anything. They said I was  entered because I paid my bills on time. When I hung up on them, he called back and asked why I didn't believe them. I told them not to call again. Man had a very heavy accent. ID said 348-0130, Transcom Enhance.

This number called my house phone and what sounded like a man with an Arabian accent was saying that I needed to check my windows. He then said to turn on my computer. Puzzled, I asked if he received a call from this number (my son had just bought a new computer and I was wondering if he had contacted someone for support). He said he hadn't, but I needed to get to a computer right away to install some downloads because there was a problem with my windows. Confused, I shouted down to my husband and son who were working on my son's new computer. As I shouted the man got frustrated, and hung up on me.

Caller asked for me, but would not leave message with wife. Seemed to get upset and talked about calling back later.

Got call from someone claiming to be Microsoft Windows tech support. He said that my computer was reporting a number of problems and he wanted to walk me through repairing them. I have only Macs, so I knew instantly that it was a scam, presumably an attempt to open my computer to infiltration.

I just got the Microsoft malware call a few minutes ago. I only have Macs so I knew instantly that it was a scam, but I played along to see what I could learn about him. Unfortunately, not much, other than that he has the strong Indian accent that others have mentioned here.

received a call from this number, heavy accent, he said he need to speak to me about my Microsoft account, I replied "yes" thinking it was kind of odd. He then hung up. ???

I received a phone call today @ 3:19 pm from 402-348-0130 Transcom Enhanc. Man said my computer had been infected. I told him I had master in CS and could probably figure it out myself(hoping to give him an out as I had these kind of calls before and they say they are with Microsoft).Then he told me I needed to bring my computer in to be cleaned up. I told him he was one of the biggest scammers I had ever seen. He then called me a mother f* and then hung up. In checking the Internet it appears others have been getting calls.
Please alert others and the elderly about this scam.

I got a call today (we have gotten many over the last 4 mths) for a co-worker of mine. This is a scam! When I told him not to call again as I would report him, he started cussing at me, then proceeded to call back for more than a half hour and tie up our phone lines. He must call and then put that line on hold and so on and so forth. If I could have reached through the phone line I would have made his noodles so much smaller!

About a week ago, I received a phone call from 402-348-0130 and listened politely as the caller, who had an Indian accent, told me he represented Microsoft and wanted to assist me in clearing some malware (virus) from my computer.  I asked him some questions:  (1)  Would he give me his phone number so I can call him back?  (2)  How did he find out that I have a computer problem?  (3)  How did he get my phone number?  He didn't answer any of the questions, so I terminated the phone call.  Today, I have received a total of THREE phone calls from 402-348-0130, all of the callers having an strong accent as is they are phone me from India.  When I cooperated with the first caller up to the point of booting my computer, and following his instructions to hit the microsoft key and the "R" key simultaneously, he then began to tell me to input "inf", followed by some more data.  Rather than input the data, I began to write down the instructions.  When I told him I was writing the instructions, he hung up on me!  The next phone call, about 2 hours later, I told the caller what had happened and that I wasn't interested, and I hung up on him.  The last phone call, only 10 minutes later, I asked the caller if I could validate that it was a legitimate phone call.  He said he'd give me the web stie so I could check it out, but he'd have to ask his supervisor to do that, and he terminated the phone call.  The only way that I know who actually phoned me is by the information on my telephone, which identified the caller as "Transcom Enhanc", which is probably the shortened version of Transcom Enhanced Services

It is an automatic call from the walmart pharmacy informing you that your prescription is ready to be picked up.

"This is Samantha from Card Services . . ."

Sure it is.

Called claiming we had a problem with our computer, but couldn't tell me who I was or what version of Windows I was running. This number seems to be used by a variety of scammers.

Now they're running the "help with funeral expenses" scam. I just turned them in to the FTC.

I have been receiving these calls and with caller ID, have made the practice not to answer.  The DNC does not seem to work.  If I want to buy something or am seeking a service, I will make the call.

Called to "lower the interest rate on my credit cards"  I talked to a female with a heavy Asian accent telling her I pay my credit cards off each month.  She was defensive.  I am on do not call list.

They just called for the first time, came up as Transcom Enhance. I am used to tele-marketers calling my work number, asking for my boss, so I went through the drill of asking who was calling and if I could take a message.
He hung up on me, and called right back, this time with a blocked number. After telling him to not ever call this number again, he told me to "shut my mouth."

I've had this number blocked for a long time, they first tried "private" caller I'd, then when that was blocked by my carrier they used the Transcom Enhanced I'd with this phone number.  Of course they didn't actually ring my phone - just proves they don't give up easily.

SAME THING KEEPS HAPPENING TO US!! It's really creepy.

The phone number (402) 348-0130 has called my place of work twice now (the first time it came up as blocked but I'm assuming it was the same number). Each time a man asks our age and then proceeds to ask if we'd like to make money by taking our clothes off...It definitely freaks us all out especially since we have to walk in the dark to our cars at night. NEXT TIME HE CALLS I WILL NOTIFY THE POLICE.

Ugh, this guy called my WORK! And impersonated a manager/owner of the store I work at and asked me if I wanted to make $1000 dollars on my own time. I'm a full time college student, working a part time job. Trust me, if I had time to get a full time job while going to school, I would have already done so. Then he told me that he's heard from others that I have a killer body, and then I just got creeped out! He was rude, disgusting, and inconsiderate. I HATE PEOPLE!

A heavily accented person saying they were calling because my computer is having problems and I am not responding to the messages on how to fix it so they will "talk me through it".  As my computer is only a few months old and NOT having any problems I have a strong suspicion that it is a scam to get access to my computer files.

Annoyed that I get a call at not only dinner time but it did't seem to be important because tey did't leave a message. Caller I.D> says TRANSCOM ENHANCE.

I got a call from 402-348-02130 about lowering my credit card bills when I got to a live person I told them I do not have a credit please stop calling me the response I got "well f*** off then stop wasting my time" and they hung up
