I reported these calls to the Nebraksa Accountabilty &Disclaimer Commission,  the Public Service Commission and Goveners office filing complaints at each.  Ultimately I was directed to file a complaint with the FCC who took the information and filed a formal complaint.  They also suggested I contact the State of Nebraska Consumer Protection Agency which I have since called and left a message.  If I find out which candidate these harassing calls come from (5-6 times a day at all hours several days a week to our home looking for someone who doesn't live at this address - and I have had this number for 30 years) I will report it here.  Although certainly not information I know as fact, I do find it interesting that it originates from Norfolk and I believe we have two candidates running for a state or national office from that area.....

They are calling me 4 times a day. If I find out which candidate is behind  these annoying and unwanted calls, I for sure will not vote for them.

This phone number continues to call my personal line for my ex-husband.  I have called it back 2 times and have left a message to be removed. I have indicated through the survey that he is not here.

I got an answering machine and just left it on record for about 10 minutes.  I hope this is just a frustrating to them.

This number calls numerous times each day no matter if it is a weekday or a weekend. They even call on Sunday! They never leave a voice mail. Is very annoying!

I would give anything for this number to stop calling me.  It asks for David when i answer  as well.  I have tried everything to get to a person.  I will try the trace idea.  Any price is worth getting this to stop

I've left messages saying to stop calling.   I've told the recording I am not the one being called.
I said I was the one being called.  Let it ask one recorded question, then hung up.   Very bothersome
as I have a seriously ill family member. It is crucial I rest when I can.               Their name alone sounds
bogus!!!

This number calls several times a day.  If I answer, no one is there.  If I do not answer, the machine picks up and there is only silence on the other end.  There are 3 - 6 calls per day, usually about one hour apart.

These call have been going on for two months 3 to 4 times a day.  I am on the do not call list

I have received calls for this number at least twice a day for 2 weeks. I have called the number, it is out of Norfolk NE the caller ID says, which is in my state. Never anyone there. I have asked to have my number removed with no success. When I answer when they call, I am asked to click 2 to be connected and am put on hold. This is harrassment to have folks called by them. I do not know who they are.

I answered and the caller disconnected.

5 times per day

I've called the phone company to report this annoying Norfolk, NE number.  I was told, as one option, you can answer the call, then once you have hung up, press *57.  This is a tracing feature and it will cost $2.00 each time.  However, once you have done three successful traces, the company will prosecute the caller.  And it works.  This will not only stop the annoying calls to your phone, but should shut down these calls for everyone else also.   The company who set up this survey, should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves.    

Calls come between 6pm and 9pm. The first day I received 3 calls. The next day I received 4 calls. The third day, today, I only received one call. Today was also the first day a message was left on my voicemail. As others have said, they are calling with a survey about Nebraska politics.  I did not answer and did not complete the survey.

Don't waste your time googling American Liberty Research.  There isn't a link for them.  The first thing that comes up is American Liberty Group which is not the one's calling and isn't even in the same area code.  I called their number and talked to Andrew.  He was very courteous and said he would talk to his programmers and investigate the calls.  He called back and said the programmers said it was not coming from them.  He also said he would pass on the information to the GM.  Andrew called again and had the GM on the line.  He asked me more questions about the calls.  I was told it is expensive software that is being used because it asked for a specific person in the recorded message.  Even though it is not them, he was very courteous and said he was sorry I was getting these calls.  He said they would keep researching the problem to find out who is making these calls.  

The calls are a survey for people running for elected office in Nebraska. There is obviously a glitch in their software or the company programming the calls.  I will keep ignoring the calls since it doesn't matter if I go through the entire survey or not, I just get the same call over again a few minutes later.  

Keeps calling - when I answer there is no response. When the answering machine picks up they leave no message. Finally got fed up and added them to my blocked calls. I am so sick of all this political survey crap that I'm gonna vote straight Democrat since none of these idiots want to do anything other than take their football and go home.

This number keeps calling our land line

Keep getting MULTIPLE calls A DAY from this number.  They apparently want us to take a survey.  We are not interested in taking the survey, but there is NO OPTION except to hang up... and then they call back.. again, again and again... every day!!!  How do we make it STOP?????

They call repeatedly asking for "David".  there is no one here by that name, but they keep calling.  It's a four question political survey, so we took it, just to get them off our backs.  Guess what? THEY CALLED BACK AGAIN 10 MINUTES LATER!!  Whoever is funding the bafoons for their political survey needs to pull their funding.  

Finally spoke to answering machine by accident. I don't know who this new nuisance is several times a day.

Picked up call yesterday from this number and heard someone say "What makes you think if they don't answer the other number they will answer this one".  I said "what?".   Apparently, the caller then disconnected.  Received 2nd call today and just being curious I answered with a "hello".   No response from the caller even after waiting several seconds, so I hung up.     Caller ID name read "Norfolk   NE"  and yes, it usually is a waste of time to bother answering calls identified only with city/state.   I have a Lincoln, NE landline number.          

Anyone know how to stop these repeated calls from this number?  Is a Quest telephone.  Wonder about complaining to them?

Get this call after 6 everyday.....this is on my work telephone number!!  Tried to call the number back and it says its Google voice and state your name and they will transfer you.  I said my name was HELL NO.....never got connected.  Imagine that!

Call the number back & you will find out this is a Google number (don't ask me how it's assigned) but I received several of these calls today & a couple yesterday.   The first time I received a call from this # yesterday it was a pre recorded survey. Does this seem familiar to anyone?  

Report the # to the Do Not Call Registry & file a complaint.  

Does anyone know how to block this # from a hone phone?   So D**N annoying,  but @ least I know I'm not alone.

They call a lot here too.   Calls about every 2 hours 4 or more times each day

keeps calling.. I have answered it once before.. nobody there.. I refuse to answer it now.. thinking of buying a new call blocker that will hold a gazillion numbers, as the donotcall list doesn't seem to faze any of them..

Calls several times but will not answer return call. Getting old!
