Harassment is a violation of the FDCPA OF 1977. Complaints chould be made to the Federal Trade Commission. Also to Travelers Casulty & Surety Co of America; while Tennessee doesn't require a state license, it does require a bond. Travelers wrote it....#7752241097TX. Address complaints to their claims dept-3rd floor. Capital Accounts states they are a member of the Association of Collections Professionals........consider google-ing them & send a copy of your complaint. Capital Accounts made a harassing call to me today looking for someone with my same last name! Seems someone gave my home PH # as a "contact"  for her credit application............this big dog bites back.

Got several calls from these MORONS which are VERY RUDE to talk to.Guess it's the only job they can get.Sad,plain sad.

He has called my house and my cell, several times. And he he is very rude. How do I get rid of this guy, that has nuttin else to do.

These people are aparently scammers.  They what to track cell phone numbers so they can be sold to telemarketers.  OR then want you to send them money to pay something you never had.  I wouldn't pick up.  I have gotten calles from two different numbers multiple times I never pick up though.

That is funny.  I started getting these calls recently and when I finally answered, the guy was really rude.  I asked him to send me a bill with back up and he said "what good would that due, you haven't paid the bill yet after sending you statements."  I then called the dentist and they did not have my most recent contact information.  I paid the bill directly of course, only after seeing that insurance was used for most of the services.

I'll try to keep it short and to the point.

My ex wife used my Soc, to go to the doctor.(we've been devorced for 20 years) I get a call from greg Williams about a year ago telling me to pay this bill. I explained I don't know this doctor and haven't been to a doctor in almost two years. I did get the doctors name though. I called the doctors office which inturn told me who the patient was and my name and soc. number was put down as person responsible.
I told the doctors office that I have been devorced for 20 years and I'm not responsible for this, They said your right and we'll take care of this and send the bill to your ex.

Capital Accounts called me everyday to pay this. They told me they would ruin my credit and harrass me until I pay. I kindly told them it's not my bill and to contact the doctor that sent this to you. They said you take it up with the doctor not my problem. I explained again that this should be taken care of and the doctor isn't billing me for this.
He yelled at me again telling me I will pay or else. I interupted him and said look, I have perfect credit, this 69.00 bill isn't going to hurt me one bit and hung up with him.

After that, my phone wrang every two to three minutes from these numbers, ALL CAPITAL ACCOUNTS. Since I never use my house phone I just shut the ringer off.
Two weeks later I forgot my ringer was off and turned it back on. THEY WERE STILL CALLING!
unbelievable. A few months later got Lingo's VOIP,  I forwarded every call from this company back to the main number. And they still call, I can go through my lingo account and see the calls coming in and going right to there phones. Damn you think they would get tired of calling themselves.

My phone rings once everytime a call comes in and is fowarded to another number. I just have to laugh at these idiots. It has been a year or better and they still call twenty to thirty times a day.

Every once in awhile I'll get bored and call them 50 or 60 times in a row. They threaten to call police on me for harrassment, I just tell them great, I'll stay on the line until they get here, and you can talk with them. Then they hang up on me and I'll call back another 20 times.

I just keep the pages by my fax machine and just send them for a good laugh.

Do not give these guys any money.  Our dentist had one of their computers stolen and these guys are trying to scam people with the information that they stole!  They also send out mail to people with your dentists name.

I got a call from 402-408-3653 number, Chris Smith left me a voicemail to call him at 1-866-854-5359. I called back and was connected to Chris. He said that the call was about money I owed for dental work. It's a collection agency. They did send me a letter about this un-paid bill via regular post mail as well. Chris was polite and pleasant to deal with... but than again, I don't owe much - less than $80

These low-lifes got cute. They called both phones in the house at the same time.

This isn't a collection agency, it is a pure scam operation.

I got a bill in the mail today from Sprint, regarding my cell phone account. The bill said that I owed $25,167.00. So, I called the number on the bill, it had recordings that sounded like Sprint, but it was not Sprint. I determined that after I'd entered my cell phone number (which means these low lifes capture my cell number), then waited online forever.

Then I went to the Sprint website, and called them. They called foul on the bill. So I'm handling that...

None the less, within minutes, I got a call from 402-408-3653 on my home phone; which immediately disconnected when I answered. Then IMMEDIATELY after that, the same number called my cell phone, and left a message telling me to call 866 854-5359. No name, nothing.

But a simple search shows that it is the bunch of low life con-artists at "Capital Accounts". This isn't even a collection agency, as shown by the fact that they sent out a fraudelent bill. I have a background in law enforcement and telecommunications, and I'm going to be taking the steps dictated by such a felony, as these low lives are committing.

Contact the Better Business Bureau and report your incidents to help shut down the fake operation.

This number keeps showing up on my cell.  I'm glad I checked here before I call them back.

Yes I got call from them as well, a guy named "Greg Williams" calling saying it was "extremely important that I call back".  The names seem to be phony, i.e. Tim Jones, Greg Williams, David Hunter.  He had the wrong number but as you can see from above they are not the friendliest bunch.  It is a collection agency. So if they are calling you and are lying about their names they are committing two illegal telecommunications matters, fraud and harassment.

This guy named Tim Jones called me on my cellphone looking for my ex-husband but the funny thing is my cellphone is under my new husband name so I don't know how they got my number.Just so everyone knows collection agencies have rules that they have to follow like not harassing you or they can be fined for a violation I have an attorney that doesn't charge me he just take 50% of the winnings.At one point I made $3000.00 off of 3 cases.

Yes this is capital accounts, they are really rude. they also use the number 314-259-1240. I had a very high doctor bill, made payments on it for several months, got it down to around 49.00 and the doctor turned it over to this company. they call me 10 times a day and last week. when I'd get home from work. I started calling them 50 times in a row, when they answer I simply hang up. yesterday, the guy that answered told me he was calling the police. I gave him my address and said send them over. I hung up and called back 20 more times.

I finally picked up [kept calling ever couple days] and they were looking for a friend of mine.  I told him "if I see him, I will pass the info along, but please don't call my cell phone again."  Then he got all accusatory and nasty.  The guy was a real dick!  He SAID his name was David Hunter with "Capital Accounts".  I politely hung up when he angrily said, "there's no reason for you to LIE"...WTF!!!  This is MY cell you're calling and it's not even MY debt! F*** off!!
